It should not be hard to come to a verdict on this one. The facts are clear. But it’s not about the facts of this case. It’s about whether a woman should be allowed to kill her children.
If they let Lindsay Clancy go free, all women will have the right to kill their children.
To be fair, there are multiple charges under consideration here and there can be a lot of disagreement in a jury room about 1st degree murder vs. 2nd degree murder vs. manslaughter counts.
