When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

What’s up with that? The whole world is built that way. When you’re in the grocery story take a gander at the junk people buy then watch ‘em waddle out and eat it. A thot ful diet is just way past most folks.
After I quit running I slowly put on some pounds I didn’t need. When I had to punch a new hole in my belt I figgered I should adjust something else. Re-jiggered the diet, lost a few, re-jiggered again, lost a few more but still had five pounds more than playing weight. Read the label on a loaf of white bread and cut that out. Now I’m back to playing weight and the old belt fits just fine. But you’re right about Quacks and most others not really getting the drift about staying fit without starting up a med of one sort or another. There is a bit of good news out there tho. We have a Planet Fitness that has gotten really popular so there is a crowd that’s thinking more about staying in some kind of shape.
I ran for over thirty years and was out there by myself. I saw another runner maybe once a year. But exercise is getting a bit more interest now.
Maybe it varies with individuals.
