Reading FR then flicking to Twitter/X is sometimes like night and day. There's a lot of dissent there among those I happen to follow (NOT Lefitsts or anything like that) regarding: Israel, Iran War, foreign policy and the Administration generally.
A lot of hot topics that get discussed here all the time and former Representatives or officials are leading the charge: MTG, Kent, Tucker Carlson and Massie the most prominent with many large accounts echoing them.
It's clear to me this is more than just a few rebels who have no influence or standing in fact MTG says in one of her latest posts: "The Movement has begun".
She is referring to 'MAGA 2.0' and a split from the Trump admin who they accuse of breaking promises of no more foreign wars and for their handling of the Epstein saga.
This has implications I think for Vance or anyone else in the administration who might want to run for president in future.
This is just an observation. I'm no troll but feel hesitant to post (or re-post) some of their stuff because it might attract complaints.
Sometimes I feel like walking on egg shells especially with foreign policy posts which I think is the main fissure in play and where some of us naturally agree with them on.
Are Twitter/X ahead of the curve or out of order?
Agreed emphatically.
My question is given regional history and general military history-science, how will OMB (~OMG) extract/remove the demonic pit of hell moon god worshippers sitting on the straits of a major chunk of world commerce.
I don’t know how he closes this deal but I speculate the “Art” is in the timing. I have a nephew in the 101st so I’m hoping it’s not our boots doing the evictions but to leave behind a working non-demonic structure...
Well that’s why he’s OMB—>OMG and I’m not.
You won't find very many experts or specialists who take that view, and the experts and specialists aren't always wrong. It sounds like some people have been looking for a reason for war with Iran at anytime and this theory seemed convenient.
“It sounds like some people have been looking for a reason for war with Iran at anytime and this theory seemed convenient.”
My mother gave some very good advice. “You listen to what people say. They’ll tell you how they’re going to treat you. It’s up to you to believe them and take the appropriate action.”
One of Iran’s former presidents, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, opened and closed every speech with a prayer for the return of The Mahdi. And I can’t count the number of times various leaders shouted, “Death to the great Satan!” That’s us, by-the-way. Add in countless acts of terrorism and I think it’s long past time to end this regime.

Amen.
The "younger conservatives" you cite like Nick Fuentes are not conservatives at all. Never have been - never will be. Neither are you. In the least. Leftist views are not conservative, doing cocaine is not conservative, etc. Your fact-free analysis on all issues is irrelevant. Your "different viewpoints" are at odds with objective truths and objective reality. There's nothing to learn from that. Reality and truth matter.
MTG Meets With CCP-Linked Group Code Pink On Way Out Door
Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene appears to be embracing a feminist left-wing activist group with alleged ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the final weeks of her House term.
Greene on Wednesday met with members of Code Pink, whose co-founder Medea Benjamin praised the outgoing congresswoman as a “strong anti war voice” in Congress. Benjamin’s group took credit for crashing a D.C. dinner in September where protestors got within feet of President Donald Trump and shouted he “is the Hitler of our time.”
“I have enjoyed a friendship with Medea for a few years now even though politics says that’s not allowed,” Greene continued. “I’ve learned to find bridges with others and that’s how we all win and ultimately leads to peace.”

Massie Enters Fight For Political Life Flanked By Islamists, Left-Wing Donors
Medea Benjamin (Code Pink) endorsed Thomas Massie, contributes to his primary campaign
Flashback: Thomas Massie receives and accepts Quincy Award from Iran lobbyist Rep Thomas Massie receiving the Quincy award from Trita Parsi, an actual Iranian lobbyist, alongside progressive Democrat Ro Khanna.
Trita Parsi (Persian: تریتا پارسی) is an Iranian-born Swedish writer and political analyst who is the co-founder and executive vice president of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. He is also the founder and former president of the National Iranian American Council, which lobbies for stances on behalf of, and aligned with, Islamic Republic of Iran.

Lone Republican becomes only lawmaker to vote against crackdown on human organ trafficking (Massie)
A bill aimed at cracking down on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its practice of forced organ harvesting passed with overwhelming support on Wednesday – though one House lawmaker voted against it. Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., was the lone Republican to oppose the Stop Forced Organ Harvesting Act, which passed 406-1. “It’s just another example of us trying to stick our nose in another country’s business and write their laws,” Massie told Fox News Digital after the vote. “And at the end of the day, they’re gonna do what they’re gonna do, and it’s just sort of a virtue signal over here.”
...
But his pushback is also notable now given his status as an open critic of Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., and at times, of President Donald Trump. The bill was introduced by Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., and would authorize the Secretary of State to deny U.S. passports and visitor visas to people involved in organ trafficking circles. It would also call for sanctions on entities and individuals found to have participated in the gruesome illicit industry.
‘Mofo...in the White House’: Jasmine Crockett attacks Trump, praises Massie in anti-Iran strike rant ‘There’s only one Republican that I know I can count on for sure doing the right thing,’ Rep Crockett says in a new video
Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, launched another tirade against President Donald Trump over the weekend, while offering rare praise for one of her House GOP colleagues who is currently at odds with the commander in chief. The Democratic firebrand took to Instagram Live late Saturday to criticize Trump’s strikes on Iran, while giving a “shout out” to Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., over his bipartisan resolution to rein in the president’s ability to conduct such operations. “So long story short, for those of you that are unaware, the mofo that resides in the White House has unilaterally, in my estimation, declared war,” Crockett said in the video.
Massie bucks GOP leadership again on Adam Schiff censure vote, draws conservative ire
Conservatives are conveying anger with northern Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie over his vote to oppose a resolution censuring California Rep. Adam Schiff, a favorite boogeyman of Republicans. Massie joined 19 other House Republicans in defecting from party leadership from condemning Schiff for championing the investigatory onslaught against former President Donald Trump. Combined with unanimous Democratic opposition, the measure failed, surprising even Schiff. The libertarian-leaning Massie claimed the resolution was unconstitutional for a clause that instructed Schiff should be fined $16 million if the House Ethics Committee found he “lied, made representations and abused sensitive information.” “Allowing a majority of Congress to take $16 million (92 years of pay) from any member of Congress is shortsighted,” Massie tweeted again of the Wednesday evening vote. “Can we not imagine a time when this precedent would be used against conservatives? Fortunately it failed.” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, a Florida freshman, said Massie was “making misrepresentations about the bill” she authored. A band of pro-Trump political figures went even further, casting doubts about Massie’s reasoning and calling for his defeat. Massie has endorsed Trump rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. “Not only is he being duplicitous, partisan and moronic about his choice – he’s straight up lying about the Constitution to achieve his political end goals. Sick,” wrote Raheem Kassam, a British political activist and editor in chief of The National Pulse.

Tucker Carlson in a long “history lesson” to his viewers / listeners - advised that during WWII, Winston Churchill jailed “the leader of his opposition party” (false) and said they actually were patriotic and were falsely accused of disloyalty by Churchill (false). The person Tucker was defending was Oswald Mosely, who was literally married at the home of Goebbels and the wedding was attended by Adolf Hitler.

Tucker Carlson announces plan to buy home in Qatar
Tucker Carlson is speaking at a conference in Doha ......sponsored in part by The Atlantic Council, who stand for the exact opposite of America First as he does podcast after podcast telling his audience this country is captured by Israel and every person in the conservative movement whose actually fighting for America First is your enemy.
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4262726/posts Carlson’s interview on Tuesday with alleged historian Darryl Cooper — like his interview in April with Reverend Munther Isaac, referenced in today’s flashbacks — was so much worse than merely glib or incurious.
Carlson chose to interview Cooper, whom he endorsed as “the best and most honest popular historian in the United States” to learn exactly how World War II didn’t happen. According to Cooper — and Carlson nodded along the entire time — Winston Churchill was perhaps “the chief villain of the Second World War” and “primarily responsible for that war becoming what it did.” It’s true that Hitler did not want or expect Britain to fight. He wanted Britain to acquiesce to German dominance of Europe from the Urals to Gibraltar and subsume the UK to Nazi interests. This is all a matter of historical record. Britain could fight or submit — that was Hitler’s choice, not Churchill’s.
FLASHBACK: Carlson chose to interview Isaac to find out how the Jewish State of Israel treats Christians. Isaac is a priest who neither lives nor works in Israel and who uses the loaded phrase “Occupied Palestine” as his location on his Twitter/X profile. He is a Palestinian Christian from Palestinian-controlled Bethlehem, where Christian ministers serve at the mercy of the Palestinian Authority.
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/4375244/posts Recently, Carlson has repeatedly taken to praising sharia law and suggesting Islam and its totalitarian legal code offer an inspiring moral clarity in contrast with today’s Western decadence. He has visited virtually seemingly every country in the Arab world, produced propaganda films for a few of them, and even announced his attention to buy a house a Qatar. He has called Hamas not a jihadist but a political organization, said he’d apologize to the family of Osama bin Laden, and has severely downplayed the Americans who have been killed in recent decades by Islamism. And earlier this week, the eponymous Tucker Carlson Network, in a seemingly earnest post better suited for a satirical Babylon Bee headline, offered this cherry on top: “Muslims love Jesus.”

Post 167 is what they want us to embrace as “true MAGA” or “true conservatism.” They want us to believe that is the agenda we have supported and supposedly turned our back on and that is what Trump promised to be, and we just changed to follow Trump blindly. They apparently think we are actually going to buy that.
It should also be noted in this post-mortem of the long overdue banning that RandFan had a history of multiple posts supporting the communist George Galloway: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4226455/posts#4
Republican Wildcat: "This is what they *literally* consider to be "MAGA" or "true conservative" agendas. Agreed.
To me it all sounds crazy and I have no idea what these people think they are doing, but I'm certain it's not MAGA, it's not Trumpian (if that's a word), it's not conservative and it's not Republican.
To my mind it's all just bullshiters howling at the moon over lunatic nonsense.
I doubt if they represent even 1% of Republicans and maybe they'll get 5% in the 2028 primaries.
Most important point: do not let these people do to us what the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) have done to the Democrats, leading them them around by their nose-rings.
That is truly crazy.
