đ¨ 1/2 Be careful to not slip into confirmation bias. The following was a good poll that CNN reported on for MAGA back in March 2026 yet this poll being reported on now also by CNN is far from good:
https://youtu.be/m4QdpbxJuVc?is=qJauIC5Y2ftuesxT
đ¨đ¨ 2/2 The GOP pretending the current system is 100% âfree market capitalismâ is the problem when the current system has devolved over decades to now an overwhelmingly oligarchical, crony capitalist system rife with corruption and nepotism.
The GOP calling this capitalism, telling people to eat Ramen, ignoring that (as Matt Walsh said there was a time when the poor had more flexibility in affording fast food than now which has disappeared), and denying the current reality of near-complete lack of affordability for many items, will only breed more âanti-capitalists.”
Quit arguing AGAINST socialism.
Argue FOR ending all Corporate Welfare.
Argue for no government investment in private corporations.
Google AI: “The U.S. government has rapidly expanded this practice into a broader portfolio strategy. While direct equity ownership used to be rare and limited to emergency bailouts, recent federal initiatives have secured direct equity or quasi-equity stakes in roughly 30 private companies across critical tech, mineral, and industrial sectors.”
Argue FOR ending fiat currency, print/borrow and spend til you drop. Argue FOR dismantling the oligarchical, crony capitalist system rife with corruption and nepotism and how you’re going to do it.
CNN data analyst Harry Enten (speaking with host John Berman) reports a sharp drop in support for the MAGA movement and Donald Trump among non-college adultsâthe core demographic that powered Trumpâs presidential wins.
Key points from the polling trends he presents:
I don’t believe this. No MAGA republicans want socialism.
One more:
Matt Walsh
“Not to change the subject from burritos but when I was earning poverty wages in my 20s I used to go to Subway nearly every day and get a footlong Italian sub for 5 dollars. It was generally the only big meal I would eat in a day.
If I was hungry later at night, I could always swing by McDonaldâs and grab a chicken sandwich for a dollar.
All of these people are screaming about âeating at homeâ but I basically never made meals at home in those days and I was able to get by. You used to be able to survive on low wages without making meals from scratch. If thatâs not possible anymore then itâs a sign that our standard of living is declining. Thatâs a problem. You should care about that.
Anyway, I went to a Subway recently and that same sandwich was 13 dollars. McDonaldâs, of course, doesnât sell anything for a dollar anymore.”

Sure thing: now get lost.
Voting doesnât really matter if the will of the people isnât heeded. Iâm talking about CONgress. Obviously having the majority doesnât matter. Theyâll continue blocking Trumps agenda and the will of the people. How about all those pro forma sessions???
Don’t confuse MAGA with the GOP.
I support MAGA. The GOP, not so much.
These people are NOT going to vote Democrat..but the problem right now is that Trump keeps going on TV and saying how great things are and that America is “Back” no its not. Everything is still very expensive. For example we used to buy Perdue chicken for 8.99 on sale at Whole Foods Market, now the same chicken, on sale is 10.19 on sale, I dont know if its tariffs or what it is but prices have gone up and lying about it isnt helping anyone. Now Biden’s Administration did the same thing, say everything was hunky dory and paid the price, we cant do the same thing just cause its our guy in the white house
Non-college voters, the base of the MAGA movement? I would like to see the data on that. Just another BS story written by assh*les.
Maybe the poll represents not dissatisfaction with MAGA but rather the feeling that Trump has abandoned or neglected the cause in favor or corporate statism with AI and foreign entanglement in Iran that allows inflation to stay alive ?
Trump has done little to help the Middle Class, window dressing at best. It was horrible under Biden but not much better under Trump... Now if you are a buddy of Trump and rich you are making out like a bandits...
âWhy Donald Trump Isnât a Real Candidate."
âTrump has a better chance of cameoing in another âHome Aloneâ movie with Macaulay Culkinâor playing in the NBA Finalsâthan winning the Republican nomination.â

Working class people don't fall for commie lies. Liberal elite pollsters are WRONG again. It's always loser sons and daughters of wealthy liberals who can't get a job after elite prep schools and four years of college at 'the best' schools - studying 'grievance issues' or journalism...
Yeah, sure. CNN citing Marquette Law School.
From google AI:
“While the Marquette Law School Poll maintains a strong academic reputation, it has experienced notable misses beyond the presidential racesâpredominantly overestimating Democratic candidates and underestimating Republican turnout in Wisconsin state elections.”
I remember the red wave that was supposed to happen the last time. I am still waiting for it.
They are not going back to the rats
They are abandoning the thune party
The burrito article - see what you think ?
Tom Massie, Rand Paul lean libertarian Republican. Many in MAGA and FR chase them out of the coalition to make the coalition smaller.
They also chase MTG out of the coalition. But she is not consistent on the issues and can’t be labeled on issues.
Tucker, Candace, etal seem mostly ego and personal money and fame based and not ideological. I think they should be chased out of the coalition, unlike Massie and Paul who should be welcomed in the coalition.
The Senate is to blame. They sit on their butts and do nothing.
