It’s notoriously difficult to prove vote fraud. But there are some huge red flags here.
In President Trump’s prime time address on July 16, he revealed newly declassified evidence that (Mainland) China had spent a mint to acquire considerable election data for the 2020 election, including the full personal data sets on 220 million eligible and/or registered American voters.
As many reporters point out, we don’t yet have all the data to tie up in a neat little bow proving how this data was used to commit vote fraud. That would require other, very different types of information.
It’s notoriously difficult to prove vote fraud, after the fact, because of the secret ballot, which prevents us from being able to match a voted ballot to the person who filled it out, among other challenges. A country therefore needs to be proactive, and design a system that’s very difficult to cheat in, from the outset. You have to stop it from happening in the first place, because you can’t undo the corrupted, fabricated, or stolen vote after it’s been counted.
At this point, the main thing for us to get from the speech is the fact that China definitely went to the trouble and expense of acquiring these records. Why do that, if not to use them to cheat?
It’s like someone buying safe-cracking tools. Either he means to become a professional locksmith, or he means to rob banks; there’s no other reason to buy them.
Since foreign governments are not legally allowed to participate in USA elections, we know there’s nothing the Chinese could have done with these files that was legal, so, even though we may not yet have proof of what they did, we know that they spent a huge amount of money to obtain them

It is the ballot harvesting.
Voting dead people, multiple registering people, keeping people on rolls who moved out, bribing homeless, filling ballots for people in nursing homes, ...
China supposedly printed and delivered hundreds of thousands of crooked ballots to be counted.
Blaming machines is disruption, the ballots themselves are fraudulent.
Counting and recounting fraudulent ballots makes no sense.
The machines are actually pretty good, every time there were recounts, they came pretty close.
But they count the fraudulent ballots as well as the other.
We need to ban mail ins, except for some specified class of people!
And cannot be traced as ballots are anonymous.

The leftists have a point. The SAVE Act would make it more difficult for many. I didn’t have a birth certificate in my possession while in college. It cost me $53 to get a birth certificate with my parents’ names on it for a passport in 2016.
The SAVE Act is unlikely to survive a court challenge presented before a leftist judge. And you know Barrett and Roberts will typically vote to help Democrats in essential matters.
Reform should be based on Trump’s postal service executive order (and an act of Congress clearly backing it).
The ballot of or for any person not verified to be a citizen should be treated as a provisional ballot.
The ballot of any person not having presented a valid matching government picture ID in person or by cellphone should be treated as a provisional ballot.
The mail-in ballot of or for any person without a signature match made by (an FEC-certified) electro-optical means should be treated as a provisional ballot.
The mail-in ballot of or for any person without a matching date of birth of the voter should be treated as a provisional ballot.
The mail-in ballot of or for any person without a submitted photo ID of the voter (or equivalent documents or information) should be treated as a provisional ballot.
The mail-in ballot of or for any person that traveled by an unusual postal path (as might be determined by USPS software after a cellphone Intelligent Mail barcode scan) should be treated as a provisional ballot.
Republican candidates who spend months of time campaigning certainly should be entitled to due process.

Since people could get a photo ID with the appropriate documents, presenting sufficient documents should also be sufficient.
States could allow supervisors of elections to verify birth information online.

Despite claims of sweeping “illicit acquisition” of up to 220 million voter files, investigators concluded that the downloading of public files did not mean voting machines were breached or vote tallies were manipulated.
