Did you know they tried to get a COS convened to settle the slavery issue? Too little , too late. You had the typical Chicken Little's running around paralyzed with fear that the other side was going to get the Lion's share.

So a bloody Civil War settled the issue . The Constitution got amended by war instead. I rather history not repeat itself this time around.

The American equivalent would have cost far less than the Civil War.
