The US Senate on Tuesday blocked advancement of Senate bill 4784 ,the National Defense Authorization Act, which included provisions expanding defense cooperation with Israel.

The obedient Congress is actually advancing legislation that would significantly downgrade protection of American families by expanding US intelligence integration with Israel.
The pending measures would “permanently integrate” US and Israeli systems in areas like cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and autonomous systems that now protect US families.
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2027: This must-pass defense bill contains provisions (such as Section 1217 in the Senate and Section 219 in the House) establishing the “United States-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative.”
The obedient Congress wants to accelerate technology sharing and military/intelligence cooperation with Israel ——measures that the Congress is supposed to use to protect US families.
Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027: This measure mandates broader intelligence sharing with Israel (similar to the Five Eyes framework) on cybersecurity threats and adversarial technologies.
The latter atrocity also “prevents presidents” from reducing or suspending this intelligence sharing “without notifying” Israeli-controlled US congressional committees.
These measures were moved forward by an obedient Congress........ despite opposition from some lawmakers and human rights groups concerned over the depth of integration and the Congressional downgrading of protection for American families.

No, this refers to the Iron Dome heavily financed by US tax dollars for production and maintenance since 2011.
US tax dollars in the billions paid for battery procurement, interceptor missiles, and joint manufacturing with American defense companies like Raytheon.
The U.S. has been the primary financial backer of its production and replenishment. Since 2011, the United States has provided billions in missile defense aid, including a dedicated $1 billion supplemental funding package approved by Congress in 2022.
US tax dollars provide the bulk of the financing, while Israel is the owner and operator.
An ‘agreement’ is not integration. Israel is not the 51st state. You and the congressmen who are dual Israeli citizens can go live there and fight for your country anytime you want.

Jerusalem/ Israel values its alliance with America. Very highly. The IAF cleared out almost all of the Iranian dictators’ aerial radars and air force planes —at considerable risk to the Israeli pilots it must be noted. This amazing performance by America’s little ally cleared the way for USA aerial dominance (at almost zero risk to our great USAF). Israel also participates in joint defense exercises with USA and other interested nations. And shares tons of intelligence with America.
But the LAST thing Israel wants is to merge IDF into the American military machine. It is a very close alliance but it is an alliance not an annexation of Israel ... or certainly not an abdication of Israeli defense capabilities to a foreign country (no matter how friendly at present). Foreign countries can change (and America could go very bad quite soon with the commieNazi D party machine on the verge of another take-over!).
Israel especially knows from history, it has had situations in the past where large and powerful friendly foreign forces were “invited” or let into the country, only to eventuate in very bad outcomes for Zion when conditions or the policies of the foreign nations changed.
