Such a statement would be unenforceable.
They should just not sell to states w/unconstitutional laws. Let their police be as unarmed as they want the public to be.
Yep, a shame that all manufactures haven’t adopted similar policies.
I'd think it's pretty hard to get competing manufacturers to ignore a customer the size of the State of California.

Funny but not true, I own a .62 caliber flintlock smoothbore musket in California perfectly legally.
the first lower i acquired was a CMMG then went cheaper after that one..
Thanks for the info. I thought they banned everything .50 caliber and above, even black powder flintlocks.
