“403.411 Geoengineering and weather modification activities prohibited; penalty.—
(1) The injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of a chemical, a chemical compound, a substance, or an apparatus into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, weather, climate, or intensity of sunlight is prohibited.
(2) Any person, including any public or private corporation, who conducts a geoengineering or weather modification activity in violation of this section commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 and by a fine not exceeding $100,000; if a corporation, the officers, directors, or employees of the corporation commit a felony of the third degree, punishable by a fine not exceeding $100,000; and, if an aircraft operator or controller, such person commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 and by a fine not exceeding $5,000 and up to 5 years in prison. Each such violation is a separate offense.
(3) All moneys collected pursuant to this section must be deposited in the Air Pollution Control Trust Fund and used only for purposes of air pollution control pursuant to this chapter.
(4)(a) Any person who observes a geoengineering or weather modification activity conducted in violation of this section may report the observed violation to the department online or by telephone, mail, or e-mail.
(b) The department shall establish an e-mail address and an online form for persons to report observed violations pursuant to this subsection. The department shall make the e-mail address and online form publicly accessible on its website.
(c) The department shall establish a method for intake and screening of the reports made pursuant to this subsection. The department shall investigate any report that warrants further review to determine whether there are violations of this section.
(d) The department shall refer reports of observed violations made pursuant to this subsection to the Department of Health or the Division of Emergency Management, if appropriate.
(e) The department shall adopt any rules that are necessary to implement this subsection.

The issue is how long it took to increase aluminum five-fold. He didn’t measure the aluminum decades ago.
I don’t think I saw one person, anywhere on this thread, say that geoengineering experiments aren’t happening. I dare you to find where you think I said it - I certainly never did. But I would be curious if you can find even one person who said that.
Now, again, to be clear, I *never* said geoengineering experiments aren’t happening. What I said was that increasing aluminum 5x-10x IN ONE YEAR is bullshit.
But keep changing the argument to try to pretend you’re still right after being proven wrong repeatedly on other arguments.
And, to be clear, 5x was trying to give him grace - he said, “5 times to 10 times, and that’s just since LAST YEAR.” And he even put that emphasis in his voice.
The question isn’t whether or not geoengineering experiments are going on and never has been. It’s that geoengineering experiments can’t possibly change things that much that fast.
And notice how not one person has admitted he was either lying or proved himself to be no farmer with his, “sunflowers aren’t tracking the sun,” lie? Tell me, everyone still defending this video. Was he lying to you, or is he really such a poor farmer - who plants sunflowers!! - that he doesn’t know mature sunflowers don’t track the sun?

Please. I have the personal messages calling me a flat earther, a moon landing denier. A conspiracy theorist. It’s about the geo engineering in general. A lot of people here at free republic still think it’s a hoax. The numbers inside the spraying is secondary.

But *you* brought it up. And all I ever said was *aside* from any questions of geoengineering THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.
If I get pushback on that, then no one should be surprised if I respond to the pushback.

I hope that people give you more grace, but I do also have to say, if you don’t know or understand the numbers and say things like, “I believe 5x-10x because they’ve been spraying for years,” when both the fact that it was claimed to have happened in one year and that even if it had been claimed over many years the scale literally is not possible (with multiple people providing different numbers to show why) you have to expect people to get frustrated.
All I can suggest is, say what you think. Everyone should feel free to, but if you’re going to make assertions you have to be able to support them, and when people start giving you numbers you need to stop long enough to try to understand them - and refute them with real numbers if you can, or back off if you can’t. Pushing an assertion that disagrees with the numbers only undermines your position.
I’ll say it again. I don’t think you’re a flat-earther and I’m going to ask anyone reading this to back off on stuff like that. But you need to be more honest about what is and isn’t possible with geoengineering. This video made claims about geoengineering that are provably false, and that’s why I got angry and posted it in the first place. Because this was posted prominently and people will believe it.

Maybe I misunderstand your point, but I think you’ll find that 6 inches of top soil would weigh, on average, about 2,000,000 pounds per acre. To increase its weight by 5% would require in excess of 100,000 pounds per acre.
Aluminum DOES occur naturally, but not a a pure metal.
Ever hear of the crop dusters needing to change the aircraft’s plumbing? Me either.

You - put up a real number - not just a link with an assumption it refutes something someone else said. Do that and we can talk. Until then, increasing aluminum by 5x-10x, whether by total aluminum or by bioavailable aluminum - BY GEOENGINEERING - is tin-foil hat territory. If his soil is prone to going very acidic and he did nothing about it - then as I said multiple times he’s a crappy farmer.
The reason we are in trouble in this country is that REASON has gone out the door. Wild claims, like “they’re dropping aluminum out of the sky,” require substantive proof. And if all your response to a claim like that is going to be, “well, they said the Wright Brothers were crazy, too,” then THAT is what is wrong with our country.
