Now they turn on Nazi-tattooed alleged rapist Graham Platner?
After all these months of defending him and making excuses — knowing full well what a repugnant dirtbag he is?
Let’s be honest: At this late date, the accusation that Platner raped an ex-girlfriend should shock absolutely no one. And that it took so long for Dems to cut him off speaks volumes.
Indeed, the only reason they’re deserting him now is not that they’ve finally grown a moral spine; it’s that they fear his grotesque character won’t fly with normal voters.
Not only would a continued Platner campaign for Maine’s US Senate seat almost certainly fail; voters nationwide may now realize that Democrats are morally bankrupt — that they stand for nothing, except the acquisition of raw political power by any means.
Heck, it’s not even clear the rape allegation was the reason for Dems’ switch — rather than the excuse for it.
After all, polls had recently tightened, with both Platner and his GOP rival, Sen. Susan Collins, virtually tied.
And Platner, one recent poll showed, was trailing Collins by a whopping 21 points among the very people he pretends to champion: working folks, specifically those who lack four-year college degrees.
Yet, until the rape allegation, Dems lined up squarely by him.
He’s “my kind of man,” gushed Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.).

Swalwell was expertly and efficiently 86’d as a problem so better vote getters could take over. Same with this POS.

The Platner saga has convinced me that all democrat politicians are just whores who will do anything for power. There is NO honor among them.
I was trying to hold out faith that there were still some who represented the Party my father respected in the 40s and 50s; but Fetterman seems to be the only decent one we’ve heard from on this issue.
It’s profoundly true that this is ‘not your father’s democrat (I can’t even capitalize it) party.’
In the article, it says Platner “vehemently” denies the allegations.
In the woman’s statement, she said that the next morning, when she asked him if he remembered what he did the previous evening, he said “No.”
Interesting. She has documentation in the form of texts/emails to her acquaintances at the time detailing the incident to them, or so says Vince Coglianese, a podcaster who filled in for Dan Bongino.
That is also what Politico and other sources have stated.

- said he would rape people
- sexted with women while married
- bragged about drawing penises in porta potties
- praised islamic terrorists
- said he’s a communist
- joined an app known to be used by predators to contact minors
- sexual assault allegations
But now they decided it’s too much. All the above was totally fine though
No problem.
No voter input needed.
The democrats will just replace him with kamala.
