We are moving into a season of celebration as we and our allies around the world are shrugging free of the last of the dying New World Order.
All Glory to God - He has indeed shed His grace on us, even after our enemies foreign and domestic were certain we were defeated.

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

Major H-2A Reform Bill Introduced: What It Means for Agriculture
There’s a lot of exciting news on the H-2A front! Last week U.S. House Agriculture Chairman GT Thompson officially introduced H.R. 9535 “Securing Agriculture’s Workforce Act of 2026”, a bill that would make statutory reforms to the H-2A program — the first significant changes since the program was created in 1986! The bill expands access to year-round operations, reduces employer costs and streamlines the multi-agency application process.
American Farm Bureau Federation and nearly 500 agricultural and business organizations have endorsed the bill, and it was introduced with bipartisan support from 50 original co-sponsors, including Wisconsin’s Representative Derrick Van Orden. The reform legislation contains many Farm Bureau priorities, including:
Removing the longstanding “temporary or seasonal” requirement, redefining “temporary” as any contract under 350 days — opening the program to dairy, aquaculture, poultry and year-round livestock operations.
Codifying into law the new AEWR structure, implementing a 3.25% cap on annual wage increases and eliminating mid contract wage adjustments.
Greatly expanding eligible job categories to include agricultural processing, aquaculture, equine, logging, livestock and poultry operations.
Permits the transition of current eligible farm workers into the H-2A program, waving the bars on admissibility and deportation due to unlawful presence. A lawful transfer to a non-immigrant work visa and legal status, not citizenship.
Providing greater flexibility for farms and reduced costs with staggered entry and exit of workers, up to a 350-day long contract, options for multi-year certifications, a housing cost deduction for employer and elimination of unrelated fees on employers, such as elimination of asylum fees.
Several streamlining/modernization components:
Options for states to provide a 3-year housing inspection certificate (currently annually)
Consolidating complicated filing into one online single filing platform (currently 4)
Mandating fast processing by the government (15 days)
Allowing for post certification amendments, giving more flexibility for farms with weather changes, buying farms mid-contract, etc.
Allowing interview waivers for returning workers
Allowing joint employers and agricultural co-ops to use the program
The H-2A program was originally established by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. With a shrinking domestic workforce for agricultural labor, farmers have increasingly turned to the legal, non-immigrant H-2A guest workers over the last 20 years. In 2025, nearly 400,000 H-2A visas were issued nationwide.
The bill has been referred to the House Judiciary Committee, chaired by Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio.
USCIS Clarifies Dairy & H-2A
Department of Homeland Security’s USCIS also recently released a policy guidance memo confirming that dairy employers may petition for H-2A workers if they meet the program’s established eligibility standards, including demonstrating a temporary or seasonal labor need. Dairy employers can now use H-2A for positions that have a temporary or seasonal element, even if the job also includes year-round tasks like milking. Applications submitted by dairy employers will be evaluated under the same rules that apply to all H-2A participants. Employers must continue to satisfy existing legal and regulatory requirements and follow current application procedures.
