A federal judge appointed by Barack Obama is facing calls for impeachment after an investigation found she engaged in sexual activity with a high-ranking Atlanta police officer inside her courthouse chambers during business hours, loud enough for her law clerks to hear through the walls on multiple occasions.
U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross of the Northern District of Georgia has been accused of carrying on an extramarital affair with Atlanta Police Deputy Chief Kelley Collier.
.
.
The investigation also found that she attended a partisan political event, which violated judicial conduct rules.

I am confused. She and he had loud sex in her chambers but why are we collecting evidence of such if no crime has been committed? This is most amusing.
If loud sex were a crime I and my wife would be in jail for many years. Fortunately such crimes are committed in the privacy of our home and my neighbors are 300 yards away and hopefully committing the same vile acts.

DEI has been very cruel to black women. One after another have risen to powerful positions only to be exposed as incompetent and morally corrupt. It would be good if she he impeached. Obama littered the judiciary with rogue judges who need to be weeded out.

People in GA are seemingly always rewarding this kind of thing. At the time of her nomination there were 2 Republican senators from GA, Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson. It is likely they gave some sort of approval for the nomination back in 2013..

Does defense counsel have to be present?
I don’t know if it’s illegal or not but the judge having meetings with prosecution witnesses without knowledge by defense is at least unethical.
