Excellent.
We are going to take down those voting extensions one by one, all the way to the US Supreme Court if we have to.

As we know, the voting extensions are only intended to provide dems a window of opportunity to find out how many Trump votes they need to overcome, and the time to manufacture the fraudulent Biden votes needed to do it. It’s fantastic that courts are shooting these extensions down.

Yes.
More reason to confirm ACB ASAP.
In case these lawsuits end up at SCOTUS.

This is the same crap which robbed Stacy Abrams of her 50,000 votes; although the media and Democrats still act as if she won.

Thanks to Britt Grant and Barbara Lagoa. Two short listers from Trump’s SCOTUS picks.

Because different Appeals Courts have ruled different ways, it is near-certain that these cases will get up to the Supreme Court.

It’s the term of service for senior circuit judges, unless it has an & (ampersand) in front of it - then it’s the term of service for the chief judge of the court.

Oregon was the first state to have all mail-in elections. Ballots have to be RECEIVED by the election date. Post office date stamps are meaningless.
