A federal appeals court on Friday voted against extending the deadline for voters to return their absentee ballots in the state of Georgia.
The Atlanta Constitution-Journal reports:
A three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decided 2-1 to grant a stay of a judges ruling that would have allowed voters three more days to return their absentee ballots.

Excellent.
We are going to take down those voting extensions one by one, all the way to the US Supreme Court if we have to.
As we know, the voting extensions are only intended to provide dems a window of opportunity to find out how many Trump votes they need to overcome, and the time to manufacture the fraudulent Biden votes needed to do it. Its fantastic that courts are shooting these extensions down.
Yes.
More reason to confirm ACB ASAP.
In case these lawsuits end up at SCOTUS.

This is GREAT NEWS!! On to NC!!!
This is the same crap which robbed Stacy Abrams of her 50,000 votes; although the media and Democrats still act as if she won.
What does the column after Term of Service mean?
Thanks to Britt Grant and Barbara Lagoa. Two short listers from Trump’s SCOTUS picks.
Because different Appeals Courts have ruled different ways, it is near-certain that these cases will get up to the Supreme Court.
Pubbies better seat Amy lickety-split.
It’s the term of service for senior circuit judges, unless it has an & (ampersand) in front of it - then it’s the term of service for the chief judge of the court.
Oregon was the first state to have all mail-in elections. Ballots have to be RECEIVED by the election date. Post office date stamps are meaningless.
