The victim’s family needs to file a civil suit.
This family (Metcalf) is going to have to move to find anything resembling peace, while the Murderer’s family will go on a slow motion and lucrative ‘Sympathy Tour’ from coast to coast if they decide to do it.
All I’m going to say is, there are lots of “people” who should be “dealt with”.

This is where a hundred armed patriots should show up, protecting the Metcalf’s home and dare anyone wanting to step forward. I listened to these protesters, mostly violent black women who are incoherent and think enough is enough.
Metcalf thought Anthony was bluffing, but he thought wrong. He could have retreated, but he advanced. ..giving Anthony an excuse to avenge Trayvon Martin by acting like what people told him George Zimmerman did.
But I think a similar case was the “ hate crime” on Seattle light rail train a few years ago. A “ white supremacist” was bothering a Muslim girl with insults & “ go back where you came from.” commenting……so she got up and move further away from him and was never actually threatened by him or needing somebody to help her, save her…… but three white guys….one was a veteran—- got up from their seats too gang up on a berate the “ white supremacist”, who then lashed out at the vigilantes with a knife….killing one or two of them.
He was white…..charged with hate and murder, with nobody in the press saying it was self defense or calling his alleged attackers busy body vigilantes because they were not acting to protect the Muslim woman, but to punish him for hate speech, put him in fear or even beat him up….but he was armed.
Might be a successful appeal on this one.
