President Donald Trump told the media on Wednesday, “I love the inflation” report that came out earlier in the morning, showing inflation had risen above 4% for the first time in three years.
“Are you concerned, Mr. President, about the latest inflation number, which came out this morning? Could that be a–” a reporter asked Trump during an Oval Office Q&A.
Trump cut in and answered, “No, I love it. The numbers were great. You know what I really love? I love the inflation.”
“You know why? Because as soon as this war is over, you know, I can say it now. Something you didn’t know. Do you know we’ve been taking out millions of barrels of oil? Nobody knows it. You know who doesn’t know about it? Iran — until right now. We took out, the other night, 22 ships, late at night, with no lights, because they don’t have any radar, because we blasted the crap out of it,” Trump continued, adding:
We took it, that’s why oil is $85 a barrel. I mean, you take a look. Remember when I did this, I said, look, the one bad thing will be, we hit the best economy we’ve ever hit. And I said to my people, I had Scott, I had Howard, I have Pete, I had all of them. I had Todd in the room. I said, the one thing we have to do now — we had just hit the highest stock market in history, highest 401ks in history, everything was going well — and I said, I hate to do this to you guys, but Iran’s going to have a nuclear weapon very soon. We have to attack."
He already wants to put his picture on a $250 bill to celebrate the anniversary of our country. This despite the fact we NEVER put the face of a living president on our money. I think he also wants a dollar coin, frankly a rather disappointing piece of non artistic portraiture from the picture printed in a newspaper I saw.
Those who called it plunder simply did not understand what Trump was not saying. He may have been referring to ships that were waiting off the Iran coast, which when he described his actions sounded like he had taken them from Iran, rather then taking them from being anchored in Iran waters. One of the problems with speaking in shorthand (leaving out descriptive elements) is that people have to read your mind. Some are good at that others not.
I remember a psychology class where the grades were As and Bs, and Ds and Fs. What, no Cs? I realized he had a habit of not quite finishing a sentence before going on to the next thought. Those of us who could finish the sentences in our own minds were fine, But those who could not did badly on tests, because they could not quite understand the points he was making incompletely.

They are using the strategy of Cloward-Piven on politics now. Overwhelm the opposition with too many narratives so that we lose focus on the real agenda.
They complain about guns and school shootings and then put unidentified illegal alien men in school gymnasiums.
It's just going to get worse and worse as they try to overrun Republicans on every front at the same time.
The left is basically blitzkrieging the rest of us.
Look at my list; the Left is already motivated as heck! How much more can the BE motivated by our actions?!? We have to start hitting them back with distractions of their own.
We are now hitting them back with President Trump's trolling. It's setting them off in such TDS rage that they aren't concentrating on the important stuff.

Several EMP devices might work... but bleedover would also effect out technology in the region and low tech weapons and munitions aren’t rendered inoperable.
I agree, Trump is certainly hitting back by creating many new and never before seen issues, and has the entire US judicial system wasting time and money on responding to his actions. Is this a good thing or does it mean he is not focusing on some of his key promises to the US voters, or doing so in totally unexpected and even undesired ways.

Inflation is never good. Not ion any circumstance, not in any context, not for any reason, not as the price of any victory. No exceptions, exclusions, context and regardless of who is in power. Period.
