EO 14301 is dated May 23, 2025, not “May 4, 2026”. I read it, and it’s all about encouraging advances in nuclear reactor technology, with nothing about mandating “full transfer of all reverse-engineered [alien aircraft] systems to the Department of War by **September 1, 2026.**”
