I worked with a black, female engineer. She was very good. Spoke perfect English. Walking through the predominantly black production floor a black male spoke blacklish to her, along with stereotypic hand and body motions. She responded in the exact same blacklish. I asked her about that, and she said that if she spoke to the other blacks like she spoke to whites she’d be ostracized and probably get her car keyed. Educated Blacks are aware of how to communicate with Whites so they can remain respected. Others would consider it Acting White and that is a sin worse than anything in the true Black culture.

Police and yes even teachers represent positions of authority.
Why would any decent person in their right mind want to hold one of those positions when the politicians calling the shots do not have an ounce of moral authority to back you up?
Why would she be hired in the first place?
It is likely that she is the best the “free” market could come up with.
They could double whatever the sub pay is and she’d still be the best that would step up.

A Florida substitute teacher who called herself a “million-dollar prostitute” was fired after she twerked and allegedly grabbed a student in a classroom meltdown.
If I was on a Board of Education and someone who goes by 'Million-dollar Prostitute', I would not approve her as a janitor, let alone as a teacher!!
