I worked with a black, female engineer. She was very good. Spoke perfect English. Walking through the predominantly black production floor a black male spoke blacklish to her, along with stereotypic hand and body motions. She responded in the exact same blacklish. I asked her about that, and she said that if she spoke to the other blacks like she spoke to whites she’d be ostracized and probably get her car keyed. Educated Blacks are aware of how to communicate with Whites so they can remain respected. Others would consider it Acting White and that is a sin worse than anything in the true Black culture.

Similar to when I worked in HI in a resort’s executive offices. Half of the staff — white/haole — had been born there, but spoke perfect English.
But when they interacted with staff who were “brown” natives, they immediately code switched to perfect pidgin. It smoothed the line separating two cultures.
"True Black culture" is terminally corrupt.
