NOBODY IS TELLING YOU THE REAL STORY OF THE SCOTUS VOTING RIGHTS RULINGYes, the Court ruled 6-3.
Yes, race-based districting is now unconstitutional.
Yes, Louisiana's map got thrown out.
But here's the part everyone is missing:
Democrats don't have a House majority without those court-ordered maps.
→ A dozen of their current seats sit in districts that only exist because federal courts FORCED states to draw them
→ Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina — every one has at least one Democrat seat in a court-created black-majority district
→ Their House margin is FOUR seats
→ SCOTUS just made 12 of their 213 seats legally redrawable
→ Republican-led legislatures don't need new voters — they need a redistricting committee and a Tuesday afternoonIf race-based districts are unconstitutional, then Louisiana redraws.
If Louisiana redraws, then Alabama redraws.
If Alabama redraws, then every Southern state redraws.
If every Southern state redraws, the Democrat House majority was a 60-year courtroom artifact — not an election result.
That's what nobody is saying out loud.
The 2026 midterms were just decided 6-3 — six months before Election Day.
if you're not following me you're finding out about this 48 hours late from someone who read my post..
“Alabama can’t do it for this cycle. Would be nice to sideline Terri Sewell, but it is what it is.”
I am 100 yards inside District 2, a federal judge mandated district. My rep is Shomari Figures, of the corrupt Figures family. I never hear one word out of him or about him. Hopefully this ruling will eventually take care of him.
Such great news, this is what WINNING looks like.
Now tell the legislatures to redraw those maps.
Of course several of the Democrat seats are because of the US census fiddling with the numbers to assign more House seats to Democrat-dominated states which should have gone to Republican-leaning states.
Prep and BLOAT
Red states—COMMENCE!!
Gov Reeves was going to call for a special session 21 days post the ruling to redraw the district.
Mark Levin is making a brilliant point today. If there aren’t enough black members of Congress, why don’t white Democrats nominate and vote for more black candidates in the heavily democrat districts with white majorities?
Tate Reeves, Mississippi governor, just announced a meeting to redistrict Mississippi districts!! Florida got 4 new RED SEATS...
Clyburn never cared a dime for areas outside colleges and his small pockets. They called him “Welfare Express” for a reason.
It was so bad in 2019, I noted that his district sits in five media markets — Columbia, Charleston, Florence-Myrtle Beach (fringe areas in Sumter County), Savannah, and Augusta. You don’t see any other legislator have two markets. The only markets not represented are Charlotte and Greenville-Asheville (which is one media market).
I lived in his district ten years and noticed how different it was with Clyburn and with Spence and later Wilson. We lost everything once we were in Clyburn’s district, he never cared for industry. It was about getting on welfare and taxing us to death. They even shut down Nikki Haley’s school.
I used the regionalism call to get us freed from his tentacles and I’m glad to be back as of 2023 in Wilson’s district. Clyburn gave us Biden along with Peking’s tentacles.
Where was the outrage when this disenfranchisement took place...
If Deep State wants to go on about voting rights, I’ve got a blast from the past...

Scroll down to NY-29.
You won’t find it listed.
Because it didn’t get a vote.
The Dem resigned, sex scandal, and the Dem gov refused to call for a prompt special election.
NY-29, it’s been gerrymandered since, never got a vote in the House on Obamacare.
That’s no coinkydink.
The area was and still is red.
But I don’t recall the Dems insisting voters get a vote on Obamacare.
In fact they made damn sure that a special election didn’t take place before the vote.
Funny how that works, eh?
Amen. The SCOTUS VRA ruling came down yesterday. Why isn’t McMaster redistricting today? We need put a fire under the old boy buttes in Columbia.
No, according to the court. They acknowledged that there is a lack of time to affect 2026. Perhaps, Louisiana but all other races are pretty much set.
Filing season closed on 30 March, so new districts could not be done because of filing season ending 30 March with the primary in June.
Executive summary: The only way for Dems to win is cheating, and their favorite form of cheating is now illegal.
