“Well, they’re back. This time about a picture of seashells on a North Carolina Beach a year ago, and this won’t be the end of it. But nothing has changed with me. I’m still innocent, I’m still not afraid, and I still believe in the independent federal judiciary. So let’s go,” Comey said in a clip posted to Substack.
“But it’s really important that all of us remember this is not who we are as a country. This is not how the Department of Justice is supposed to be. And the good news is we get closer every day to restoring those values. Keep the faith you,” he added.

The question is, will he be reindicted on the charge that was thrown out of court based on a technicality having nothing to do with the crime?
You are wrong, Comey: This is exactly who we are as a country.
My mother cursed you and Sessions all the way to her grave and she was right to do so.
I asked Claude what the odds were of seashells just randomly spelling out a threat to the president. It said it couldn’t complete the request, but I’m sure it’s highly unlikely.
Democrat Criminals, Insurrectionists, And Bombthrowers Cliche No. 274:
“This is not who we are as a country.”
...said the guy who turned us into a banana republic
I do think the charges are a little frivolous, but I guess they couldn’t get them on the real damage he did to Trump’s first term. Kind of like getting Al Capone in n tax evasion.

Michigan Republican Party chair Laura Cox tweeted Whitmer displayed “a phrase which calls for the killing of President Trump! This is truly disgusting.”
The official dictionary Merriam-Webster’s dictionary for “86” does not make any mention the term is synonymous with killing.
One entry in Urban Dictionary defines the term “86’d” as “To get rid of, originally for killing someone.”
*******
“It wasn’t until the 1970s, according to Cassell’s Dictionary of Slang, that the term evolved to signify murder.”

DoJ:
This is our evidence.
This is our offer.
Comey should know that well.
👍👍
I think Comey is a bad guy who has endangered the U.s. but this indictment is the least of his crimes most of which he will never be prosecuted. I think the DOJ will regret being forced to bring this case forward.
For crying out loud, 86 could have meant impeach or vote out. And I’m only talking about the legal aspects. Proving he mean “asasinate” will be most difficult if not impossible. Again, I despise the SOB and he should be in jail for other things. But to try and get him on this is absurd
What are we as a country? Never shutting up and publicly encouraging nutcases to kill those we don’t like? Normalizing the behavior so others like you do the same to finally trigger someone into acting? You’re not as clever as you thought, Jimmy.
“Why is the DOJ focused upon these minor issues compared to Comey’s certification of the FISA warrants under penalty of perjury?”
Because the whole DemonRat party has become a bunch of copycats, constantly urging their nuttier members to go out and try to assassinate the president. Time to nip it in the bud by getting one of the main leaders of this assassination encouragement operation/conspiracy prosecuted and convicted for it.

How Deep Are Graves?
Grave dimensions are roughly 36” wide by 8’ long and approximately 4 – 5’ deep. The reason for the depth is to provide a sufficient soil barrier at the top of the grave.
Why are graves dug 6 feet deep?
It is a common notion that graves are 6 feet deep, but that is rarely the case. Instead, “six feet under” is more of a term to acknowledge that someone is dead, rather than a true statement of a grave’s depth.
The 6-foot idea may have come from an average-height man being able to dig a grave by shovel and still be able to toss dirt out. Or it may have come from London’s Black Plague of 1665. The mayor ordered graves to be buried at least 6’ to help contain the disease’s spread. But no one really knows where the 6-foot deep “rule” comes from.

“8’ long....6 feet deep”
“we”? Quit hiding behind “we”, coward.
ASK James Comey UNDER OATH if he:
1) found the seashells arranged that way
2) OR DID he ARRANGE them HIMSELF?
Now we know that he DID NOT “find” them that way (DUH! 🙄🙄😔)
SO, WHAT is your answer, James Comey?
For crying out loud, 86 could have meant impeach or vote out.
Geez. I said "a term with DOUBLE MEANING". Then you pretend I didn't say that.
My above description stands.
“86 could have meant impeach”
Two times, no sale
“or vote out”
On second term - can’t be voted out.
25th Amendment?
Trump could pass every legitimate test.
That leaves....
