Here's a quick recap if you're just joining us:
On Saturday, two Army Apache attack helicopters went to Kid Rock's house (The Southern White House) during a training exercise near Nashville. They reportedly "buzzed" No Kings protesters right before this, with salty old libs saying they flew low over the protest deliberately.
Shortly after this, the Army said the air crew had been suspended for their actions and an investigation had been opened.

They have to get their flight hours to maintain flight status one way or another. Nothing wrong with having a bit of fun in the process.
As the crow flies I have lived no more than 5 miles from the Naval Air Station I worked aboard for over 30 .
With all the air shows and Blue Angel events over the years i more than likely have experienced flyovers from most if not all those, including B-1, B-2 and F-117a.
Here we call that “THE SOUND OF FREEDOM!”.
Should any of my neighbors complain about the noise, I remind them of that fact.
"They have to get their flight hours to maintain flight status one way or another."
Long time no see bro ;^)
“... $30,000/ hour of pilot+chopper maintenance+fuel ...”
The money would be spent anyway on training exercises, so it’s not a monetary big deal. Deviating from the exercise’s plan, however, is iffy.
Was ice fishing once in the 80’s and got buzzed by military jets. It was quite the expeirience for sure. Shook the whole shanty. They were probsbllaugh8ng their heads off too lol.
Literal Drop in the bucket of the 40 trillion we have left the communists and democrats loot.
that’s 30k less able to be used elsewhere to destroy what’s left.
"The money would be spent anyway on training exercises"
Too bad the chopper crew couldn’t spray those parasite turd demonstraters with Bitterness Remover. How wonderful would that be?
Really liking me some Hegseth.
What does 30 seconds cost?
Army Helicopter pilots have been doing similar things ever since there were helicopters.
I knew one NG pilot that flew his helicopter under the Tennessee River bridge. Got away with it because no one really wanted to make a big deal out of it, because he pulled it off with no injuries or damage, and because someone transposed the last two tail numbers. He retired a BG.
Stumbling around in the dark and I found a live thread!
4yrs US Army.
18 yrs US Coast Guard!
Aint no one tell me shit ‘less I want ‘em too. 7yo grandson included!
Easy on the Apache drivers. One of them just got the MOH from Trump for being a badass while flying around.
Liberals are just sad that they have no cool patriots flying around doing cool shit with wreck less abandon.
Your kids’ trajectory isn’t all there is. I have four patriotic republicans and four patriotic in-law kids. One son who is somewhat of a nihilist and does not vote but is certainly not a liberal.
Don’t feed the bitter wolf. Just do what you can to bring positive change today.
I remember back in the 90’s watching a pair of seacobra’s slowly moving down about a 1/2 mile off the beach near Panama City. In my binoculars I could see the 20mm’s waving back and forth pointing at the beach. All I could think of was the view in the HUD’s must have been mighty fine that day.
That’s inaccurate assumption though understandable
The flight plan from scoping the No Kings rally downtown Nashville back to Fort Campbell near Clarksville is almost precisely right over Kids compound at Whites Creek pike and Briley pkwy north Davidson county
I live here and my sons work close by there
My dad flew fighters
84
86
100
104
1955-63
Back then on time building exercise he could pretty much fly where he wanted given scant radar like now
And no gps identifier or transponders
He loved to super low fly our lake cabin at lake bruin Louisiana and grate my grand dad on the pier fishing white perch
I vaguely recall my grandpa who was quite a man shaking his fist as my dad rolled by pretty damn low (lake water disturbed and cypress trees rattling)
I was of course awed and proud and my mom aunts and grandma would cover their ears and shudder
Me and the cousins cheered and danced around lol
Not Howard though he was pissed
“I don’t know what’s wrong with that boy”
Our black man James who taught me hunting and all manner of things I needed to learn would salute
I think he was most proud honestly
That’s your time capsule for today
1962 on the Mississippi below Vicksburg River southern life lol
I have an NAS to my west and a Naval Station complete with carrier basin to my east.....it’s a rare day when I don’t hear military aircraft traffic of some sort.
I guess I would have been happier if the Army just “handled” this behind the scenes. Give the pilot a “good talking to”, but not allow it to go unnoticed.
Kid Rock posted it on his socials, so that’s why the DemoKKKrats got their panties in a bunch.
I was at a beach in Florida when two F-18’s flew by fast and low to the cheers of the beachgoers. It seemed to be a regular occurrence.
I’m sure Karen complained.
