That's 20-year-old Tramonte Terrell Gibson. He is accused of a mass shooting in Riveria Beach, Florida, on March 16.
Gibson reportedly got into an argument with his cousin at the Azure Estates apartment complex on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (so on-brand!), then went on a shooting spree. One man named John Halliburton is dead.

Drove thru Riviera Beach a few weeks ago. Luckily got past some major event by seconds as multiple cop cars were pulling up and large crowds were gathering. We suspected a shooting.
It’s an area to AVOID, and unfortunately it’s smack in the middle of a nice area near Singer Island and Palm Beach.
He’s not bright so he probably thinks 20 is still a teen and he’ll get off light.
And who allowed that, tolerated it, subjected themselves to that and even enabled it? And continues to do so?

One night in DC, a police cruiser was involved in a chase over in the Sixth District. The excited officer said on the radio, “He’s going out Martin Luther King Boulevard Junior.”

I’m sure he thought he’d go home right after court was over and he’d resume his life of thugging, robbing and murdering.
All those people were supposed to die, Gibson said, because he wanted them to. No regret, no remorse. In his mind, it wasn't even wrong at all, or he never would have said it in front of the judge, on the record. Not wrong, just what he wanted. Just his nature.
Every juror should know what he will do if he is ever allowed out on the street again.
