The sound I remember most from the early days of Covid-19 is not the alarms. It was the silence between them. Intensive care units became Covid wards. Monitors glowed in dark rooms while ventilators pushed air into failing lungs. Nurses, shrouded in protective gear, moved quietly. Families were absent—barred from being with loved ones in their final hours.
There are no politics in an ICU at 3 am. There is only a physician and a patient, and the responsibility to do everything possible to keep that patient alive.

I flat-out refused it; wife took one dose (pressured by her mother) and at one point they tried to gang up on me. There was some serious soul-searching over that. Wife and I are still together. Mothet-in-law has passed (not specifically COVID, COPD). Got “COVID”, sick as hell for two days, recovered after 4. Still would never take that “vax”.
The “truth” is that they wanted a mass control group for their f&$^ing experiment.
Yeah, when I got it I refused to go to the hospital. Did not want to give them even the slightest chance to subject me to their “death regimen”.

When I told my new young internal medicine doctor that I had taken two if yhe Covid shots, but would not take any more because if the extensive research I had done about the sequelae of taking these experimental drugs. He responded hlinly; “If uou told me you did not take any Covid shots, I would know you are crazy.”
My wife and I both had it in the late fall of 2020. We were miserable for about a week and recovered. When the vax started being pushed, I told her not to take it as we would have natural immunity. She chose to believe Biden, Fauci and MSNBC instead.
Within ten days after her second booster jab she began displaying symptoms like loss of balance and bouts of dementia. It got worse and she had a few falls, one of which resulted in surgery. She is now in long term care and the cost will eventually impoverish us.
Breast cancer took my best friend in Portland.
I think she took the jab 7-10 times.
Covid delayed her treatment by 4 years

I have a meme saved that directly addresses what is being said here; I will not share it out of respect for the tragedies some have suffered. This is so heartbreaking.
