When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

(You gotta wonder why the sheriffs dept. didn't do just a little bit of research before serving O'keefe? A guy threatens to kill O'keefe and O'Keefe gets served a restraining order? Very strange.)

I see that your question about water usage has not been answered — I’ll give it a shot:
First, image an ice machine at a multistory hotel/motel, it has a connection to electrical power, a waterline to supply H2O for the ice and a drain to remove melting ice and excess water. Through refrigeration the water is cooled and ice is created...but the removed heat from the water (the coils of the refrigeration unit) will make the area around the ice machine warmer. Ofttimes ice machines are put into smallish rooms with doors to keep the noise down to the hotel/motel clients.
I have been in a few of these rooms and they are WARM!
Today commercial ice makers use water cooling for the refrigeration condenser - while the unit is actively making ice a small amount of water flows over the coils and the heat is removed (via the warmed water) through the floor drain.
I have been in many of these rooms and they are a nice temperature.
Let’s scale up to and older Dairy Queen: Imagine all the heat generated from ice & soft serve machines, ice cream freezers, etc. Those old DQ’s were HOT to work in! Water cooling makes the work environment pleasant.
Server farms generate heat from each server actively in use — not too much for a single unit but when there are 1,000,000+ servers it’s hot. Water is one way to remove the heat and is less expensive than A/C cooling (which is also used).

Makes sense - I guess. I know this principle from recent window air conditioners. Used to be, when mounted in the window, the unit tilted down slightly in the back, where atmospheric condensation from the cooling coils that was collecting moisture drained off.
Now we mount the window unit level; the fan is positioned to fling the accumulating water onto the hot condenser coils, cooling them and using less power, making the unit more efficient.
Central air units produce a lot of water, atmospheric moisture that quickly builds up and must be drained off or it presents serious problems.
But central air units don't require that more water be added; there is plenty of atmospheric moisture that must be disposed of as condensation. HVAC - high volume air conditioning - I have no experience with. You are saying that much more water is needed to cool the condenser coils - I presume - to make the units work more efficiently, use less electric power.
In Florida the atmospheric moisture can provide all the water one could ever hope for. I guess in multiple environments and excessive heat production, water must be added - in great quantities. ❓🤔
Water can't be added to the environmental atmosphere with all that electronic equipment, can it?

Thank you, Kitten. That was an excellent explanation and the speaker even did it once herself by accident, and that’s largely how I’ve been doing it. There’s never been an artificial drawing out of the last syllable for emphasis, as in Valley Girl speak. The woman in the clip reinforced what I have to do and a lot of it is not allowing my voice to trail off at the end of sentences and to keep breathing to maintain my speaking momentum. I can fix this if I pay attention.

I know how frustrating it is dealing with vocal issues, as I just had a vocal cord implant and struggle with the raspiness near the end of sentences (I’m told it could take 6 months to a year to go away in my particular circumstance )
Anyway, I’m sure you sound lovely and I think singing may be a way to consciously correct your breathing issues, you can always give it a whirl! (Put in some earbuds and sing with some music as you do housework, it’d be fun.)

In both of my first two examples the condenser coils are ISIDE (a window AC unit has the condenser outside).
Our refrigerators have the coils inside the kitchen’ surrounded by walls and windows (step up to the window to order, please)...
Using water to remove this heat and drain it into a sewer keeps a room cooler - It used to be very hot working inside a DQ ‘kitchen...
So too with 1,000,000 computer servers water is used to ‘help’ cool the over-all facility.
Some of the heat in the building is expelled through the external AC coils and some of the heat goes down the ‘drain’

PS I’ve been in some smallish server farms (for state-run lotteries) and they run very hot so there is a lot of cooling needed.
Small Nukes? Actually the idea and the actual equipment are not new at all. Rickover built the NR-1 inside a 12 ft hull about half a century ago. The numbers and the “how to” are in the books. The main efforts now are different packaging methods, how to transport, etc. We wore out the NR-1 already. At this very moment it’s nearly dis-assembled at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
And, oh, by the way. the reactor compartments on our fast attack subs aren’t very big either. They can easily be re-configgered to fit on a couple of flat cars. And that’s 35,000 horsepower of butt kicking wattage right there.
