Multiple high-ranking Islamic Revolution Guard Corps commanders and regime officials — including IRGC Commander Gen. Mohammad Pakpour and Iranian defense minister Amir Nasirzadeh — may have been killed in Operation Epic Fury, according to reports
Pakpour was named head of the IRGC after Israel’s June attacks on Iran killed his predecessor, Hossein Salami, and oversaw the deaths of thousands of protestors during weeks-long unrest in December.
Multiple sources said the joint Saturday strikes were believed to have eliminated Pakpour and Nasirzadeh, according to Reuters.
US and Israel launched at least seven missiles on Iran Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s fortified compound, killing numerous senior officials, Iranian sources told the outlet.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told NBC News also admitted that at least two Iranian commanders were killed in the attack, but did not confirm any names.
Ali Shamkhani, a senior adviser to Iran’s supreme leader, may have also been killed, according to Iranian media.
Another 40 people were killed when Israeli missiles landed on a school, Reuters reported, citing Iranian state media.
Under his rule as the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ top commander, Pakpour oversaw the deaths of 3,117 civilians across the nation — including bystanders and witnesses — during nationwide anti-regime protests.
Soldiers allegedly opened fire into the crowds indiscriminately — and put the country under a media blackout to hide the bloodshed.

If I’m understanding correctly this has to be deliberate deception on the part of Reuters, since at the very site they reported on they could easily have seen the live children celebrating on the other side of the building. Of course, Reuters just cited the regime but if they had done any due diligence themselves the lie would have been apparent.
So Reuters is at best a megaphone for the regime and at worst open liars. That’s what I saw with the Iraq War also, where they altered video to make things appear that were totally manufactured.
There will probably be some innocent victims. I’m praying for protection for all, but stuff happens no matter how hard we try to prevent it. So we never know, but I’m really glad these school kids were safe.

We have to be so careful of believing the lying media. It’s hard for me and others to believe they would be so blatant in their lies. But that’s what we’ve seen so we need to be prepared for it.
I’m waiting to see what Tucker Carlson says for himself, to see if it matches what’s been claimed as his response to this. Too many lies, especially ones intended to divide patriots. Gotta wait and see what is the truth.

I served, my 3 brothers served, my daughter served, my son served, I have cousins who served, and we all feel this way. This is not a sacrifice I was unwilling to make.
Regardless there is much more at stake, and this needed to happen to save an even greater amount of lives so not really a point you can make effectively.
