Like states with big blue cities, totally blue Northern Virginia controls state elections, and they run totally fraudulent vote turnouts.
In NoVA, illegal aliens and green card south Asians and middle Easterns vote in large numbers, protected by local democrat political machines.
They also get help from establishment RINOs who control the state Republican Party and hate any true conservatives.
