Good morning everyone, I'm here in the office and some people are concerned about something I said yesterday, so I want to be crystal clear. I am a proud supporter of the second amendment. I have guns myself, long guns, handguns, and I'm a proud high-heeled gun owner. In fact, I even keynoted an NRA convention.
However, you need to be responsible, and every responsible gun owner that I know makes sure that they understand the laws where they are going and understand whatever registration requirements there might be.
President Trump's goal here, and my goal as well, is to make sure we take guns out of the hands of criminals. There is a reason we have the lowest homicide rate in recorded history. We're taking guns off the street, illegal guns in the hands of criminals, who want to use those guns to victimize law abiding citizens.
There's a big difference here -- you're responsible, you follow the laws, you're not going to have a problem with me.

Anti 2A???? I have been buying them since 1972. Still going.
But.......what I WANT the law to be is irrelevant. I must follow the laws we have until they can get changed.
We’ve had a slew of laws that could not be changed until someone broke them.
The Heller decision itself was one such case, but rather than give us broad relief... the SCOTUS flinched.
That broken system is what you are relying on to not murder you...

I am right 94% of the time. I don’t care about the other 11%. We aren’t all perfect.
I have an FFA that I carry on the flight deck. All our passengers are vetted so basically there's no problem. Since I fly our own bizjets there's no need but TSA is at our lounge to vet passengers. Anyway, we know our clientele.
Oh and PS. I do carry all the time.

Be a patriot, use her discretion and say she won’t enforce it. Lib judges do that ALL THE TIME. She is just another coward Republican.
I think she'd need a green light from Trump to do that. I wouldn't be surprised if something's in the works, but the President has a lot on his plate right now and may not be ready for that just yet. He's a good strategist.
On what basis? For being truthful about current gun laws in various jurisdictions especially in D.C.?

The gun laws in D.C. are not federal laws.
I’ve been strong on having her replace Bondi. Now ... nope.
A lot of leftists carry guns and some are even dumb enough to take them to protests and get into LE’s face while carrying.
If she was being truthful, she would have correctly stated that the DC gun laws are unconstitutional and violate the 2nd and 14th Amendments.
At a minimum, she could have kept her mouth shut while sane, sober, moral, and prudent people continue their efforts to get such laws stricken from the books.
Instead, she concurred with those laws and threatened We The People with them. Disgusting.
