Will New Election Evidence Damage the Supreme Court?

Congratulations, Chief Justice Roberts. You kept your hands clean. But at what cost?

The “stock in trade” of judges is trust. The only thing that gives a jurist’s opinion weight is public confidence that the guy in the black robe honestly and properly applied the law as prescribed by his oath. Unfortunately, courts at all levels seem to gleefully disregard the importance of that trust.

Local judges appear uninterested in public order. Their release of violent offenders with low or no bail to prey on the innocent has become an epidemic.

District judges are busily trying to nullify an election. They are ruling that Congress may neither legislate nor appropriate and that the president needs their permission to enforce duly enacted laws and conduct foreign affairs.

The Supreme Court sits atop that chaos, more concerned with conflict avoidance that defense of the Constitution. We are galled by the chief justice’s gaslighting that the Article III branch of government can be trusted. His claim that “there are no Obama judges, Biden judges, nor Trump judges” was a lie that he insisted we accept despite what we were clearly observing.

For elections to work, mere accuracy is insufficient. They must be transparent and beyond reproach, not riddled with question marks. There will always be millions of Americans dissatisfied with the outcome of any one election, but we expect them to abide by the outcome, because it represents the will of the majority. A peaceful transfer of power depends on the minority believing that an election does in fact represent the will of the majority.

Unfortunately, the conduct of the 2020 election created suspicion rather than confidence.

- A pandemic was used to justify rule changes that loosened election controls.

- The MSM hid relevant information from the voters until after the election.

Deciding one state didn’t have standing when another state cheats in an election destroyed his reputation for me. Plus Obamacare tax before that. The list is endless

If there is a county where the ballot count exceeds the number registered to vote, I don't have a clue where that would be.

Nevertheless, Judicial Watch, prior to the 2020 election, had compiled a list of 353 counties where the voter registration rate exceeds 100% of the eligible population. This could be the result failure to audit or sweep voter rolls, and is not by itself proof of fraud. However, if high registration is coupled with an exceptionally high turnout based on ballots cast, then you have a strong indicator of a fraudulent election. I think that is what lead to the Fulton County investigation, and if it yields fraud, will in turn lead to further investigations in other states.

However, I have very little faith in FBI & DOJ being able to do anything with the TRUTH that there was rampant and widespread fraud. There will way too much political pressure by Democrats to do nothing since the TRUTH may destroy the republic.

/////////

This was FBI and DOJ suicide if they got nothing, ground shaking and trust restoring if they find Fraud.

+++++++++++++
The Donks position to do nothing was known before the FBI / DOJ operations in Fulton County. Pete’s comment makes sense. With that being said, why do the fact finding OPs if nothing will be done?
Seems to me this time something is different. What blows my mind is that hard evidence from 2020 still exists in donkey stronghold Fulton County after 5+ years.

Judges from lower echelon to the Supremes are corrupt.

They have beyond-contempt for normals i.e., conservatives, believers, deplorables.

Plus they think that they are unimpeachable and beyond anyone's reach. Which to some extent is true, but because of their misbehavior over the past 2 generations, is going to change.

Judges are mere political hacks of the Nancy Pelosi-Chuck Shumer variety. They have no more 'higher calling' vis a vis the law than do mobsters.

They are probably greater than 50 percent on the take, and because of their positions, are epoxied in to their jobs.

They are badly in need of unemployment.

This soon will become Job 1, after the immigrant problem is dealt with, the election problem is dealt with, and the Communist problem is dealt with.

But it is all going to happen.

Number 2.) is obviously true.

The non-judicial remedy is to repeal the Amendment forbidding more than one term for POTUS, and have DJT win on his own merits for a fourth time, which he could do, barring voting fraud.

I say this because the corrupt judges are in no way going to order a remedy that allows DJT to have a third term.

They would deny it even though it is the fairest remedy that also preserves the Amendment.

You ask, “With that being said, why do the fact finding OPs if nothing will be done?”

Answer = Whitewash

Way too many high ranking Donks have their hands dirty on this. Too many Federal judges have their hands dirty on this. A particular USSC judge has dirty hands on this.

I would love nothing more than to see them ALL in prison.

Sorry for being negative, but please wake me if JUST ONE gets convicted.

Traitorous Demonicrat judges don’t care about trust. They only care about giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.

I think Roberts was compromised since day one.

He was installed for a reason.

Remember that these people play long ball.

Set up a voting Czar and give Desantis the means to setup voting that is run in every state like it is in Florida. They have over 29 million people in that state and they get their votes counted by 9 pm ON Election Day. Have him go thru procedures for all the states (Stating with the BLUE ones) and highlight all the discrepancies, the illegal procedures, mail in ballots, etc and make sure these things are fixed or THOSE states votes will NOT be counted, period!

If the election fraud from 2020 is not fully exposed, embedded agents & the means of committing wholesale fraud will remain in place. It is only by exposing these players and mechanisms that we can hope to stem the flood of fraud in future elections. Without the addition of the SAVE act election fraud will inevitably continue. Knowledge is Power.

US Supreme Court rejects Trump-backed bid to overturn election

The US Supreme Court has rejected an unprecedented attempt to throw out election results in four battleground states that was backed by President Donald Trump. The lawsuit, filed this week by the state of Texas, sought to invalidate results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. President-elect Joe Biden won all four.

The lawsuit was supported by 18 state attorneys general and 106 Republican members of Congress. But in a brief order rejecting the bid, the Supreme Court ruled on Friday that Texas did not have legal standing to bring the case. The ruling represents a setback for Mr Trump, who has previously suggested...... without evidence....... that the result of November’s 2020 presidential election would be settled in the Supreme Court.

The court rejected a separate legal challenge against Mr Biden’s victory in Pennsylvania earlier this week, dismissing it in a one-sentence ruling. Mr Trump has made repeated unsubstantiated assertions that “illegal votes” cost him a second presidential term. Since the election, Mr Trump and his supporters have launched dozens of lawsuits questioning the results of the election. None have come close to overturning Mr Biden’s victory.

They are probably greater than 50 percent on the take, and because of their positions, are epoxied in to their jobs.

This may be the key to purging the rot. Each and every judge district court level & above must be audited now and on a regular basis (every 2-3 years). Audit their political contributions as well since they must remain non partisan. Judges must be held to ethical standards by more than lip service. With power comes responsibility. There should be no second chances for failure to maintain financial or ethical standards. If the IRS is involved this could be accomplished nationally rather than relying on corrupt blue states to police their courts.

I guarantee that when #2 is proven true RINOs will be found to have stolen their primaries in conservative states using the exact same tactics. That's why the GOP leadership has been so hesitant - because knowing what the MSM spin will be they aren't too sure how the final seat score is going to come out, and how many of their friends and cronies are going to go down with the Democrats.

Yet Democrats fight tooth and nail to keep and indeed expand mass mail in voting. What does that tell you?

It tells us that the Greatest Country in the World has fallen to a banana republic, albeit one where a citizen has an ability to pursue and obtain an unprecedented amount of wealth.

But nobody's here for election integrity.
