Fair-skinned and finding spots of senile purpura.

Had a spot of purpura appear on my right hand. It lasted for no more than 2 days, and it did not turn brown.

Welp, I had no idea what these spots are! I've been getting them for some years now, though I'm not real fair skinned. They're usually small spots, pop up overnight, and colored from red most of the time to rarely a deep purple. They don't itch or burn, aren't raised, and I don't feel anything when I run a finger over them or press them. They only appear on the topside of my right arm (with a couple on my left arm over the years), mostly around the elbow, but occasionally lower on the arm. Takes two or three weeks to fade away. I've never noticed them turning brown.

Since they don't hurt, bleed, or spread, and my arm hasn't fallen off 😁, I never bothered seeing a doctor.

If you don't mind, what brand of the nitric oxide lozenges did you get, mg in the lozenges (if there are different ones), and how often do you take them? Thanks so much!
