Loaded P320, at least 1 loaded clip. There is only one logical reason he showed up on the scene with that mush ammo. He hoped to provoke ICE into shooting at him and/or so he could shoot at them. IMHO

In an active Federal law enforcement action he injected himself while being armed himself as a hostile to the law enforcement action! Did he intend to suicide himself? He certainly had a right to be armed ON THE SIDEWALK. Once he interfered with the law enforcement I believe he broke state AND federal law because he was armed while interfering! He had a 320. It appeared to be a compact model. It would have had 15+1 in the magazine in the gun. And another 15. So he would have had 31 cartridges total for two mags.
