The brute who beat a Manhattan pizzeria manager unconscious in a senseless attack nearly derailed his own plea deal Thursday — when he brazenly started blaming the victim, infuriating the judge.
Tyshaun Watson, who had pleaded guilty in exchange for a promised 17-year prison sentence, launched into a wild rant during the Manhattan Supreme Court hearing, claiming he’d been “provoked” before he pummeled pizza-maker Zakaira El Sherief.
“I was being provoked… if you watch the video,” he railed — until Judge Laura Ward interrupted and shot back at him that “Maybe we should go to trial on this and let the jury decide.”

I was going to say that it wasn’t Kong after 9/11 that a muslim who ran a string of pizzerias got caught plotting or financing some terrorist act.

The best pizzeria I’ve found in Tampa is a shop run by a Middle Eastern family. Those people really know how to cook eggplant, and they make great pies. There is another one in New Tampa also run by a Middle East family (may be the same one) whose pies and tomato sauce are exceptionally good.
The pics in the article show a very well-organized and cleanly-run operation. It’s a shame the heathen jackasses have to f... everything up for the ever-shrinking responsible and law-abiding portion of the populace.

The best pizza I’ve ever had is at a little joint here in a tiny town (3K) in the Cascades. Better than the pizza I had in NY, in Chi-town, in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, Phoenix, Yuma, EVERYWHERE I’ve had pizza.
Pity because the guy who makes it is such a jerk I’ll not ever buy another thing from him.
We have to get used to mentioning Scott Adams in the past tense. A shame.
