The problem is that when Fraud related to appropriations is found, Congress must rescind the funding. That should have the very first thing that this Congress did after Jan 21, 2025. I am a former ELCA member who converted to the Orthodox Church. I knew some of the people who ran the Lutheran (ELCA) immigration service. They were probably well-meaning, but they were deluded. Lord have Mercy!
