Globalists love to “centralize” tings.

AI = pattern recognition with a “photographic memory”

Good for inspection work.

Helpful with language translation.

Helpful as an online assistant for searches.

But there remains the imagination and creative side, that aims toward synthesis —> robots.

Such as pro sports? I mean, God forbid the average American might even find the time to keep track of how bad the government and deep state are f’n em every day.

It’s all because of feminism. Women have made it to where young men consider them unapproachable and they’re impossible to talk to, so they’re turning to AI chat bots for virtual girlfriends and soon, AI enhanced girlfriend robots.

Rush would approve of this analysis.

Prove me wrong.

We are trashing every thing so we have a better search engine for cardboard boxes?

Our current search engines worked well but have been crippled for the past at least 15 years.

So now that AI has launched , the huge amounts of water and energy required don’t seem to be scaring the climate change cult too much. Why do you think that is? Usually they’re screaming if you grill a steak…

Things that make you go hmmm 🤨

That’s why I said that AI will excel in processes. If not A, then B. If not B, then C.

That is not to say that there won’t be original thinking from AI eventually, as it’s probably a single line of code that we haven’t figured out yet.

I think the original thinking aspect has been over hyped, but I’m not certain of its ability to crunch numbers is overhyped, which I don’t think that part is overhyped.

We have all these tech companies and due to a number of factors, like decreasing demographics, inflation, hiring too many people, etc. they saw the need to vastly increase their technical footprint. The new thing, AI, came on the scene and everyone panicked. Remember, I think it was Nokia, owned the flip phone market. Screen phones came along, and they thought it was a gamic, a flash in the pan. Screen phones ate their lunch. The Swiss owned the mechanical watch market worldwide. Along came digital watches and in one year Seiko, if I recall, owned 95% of the world market. So, when AI came along, it produced panic. Now, after a long period where nobody has made any money, sanity is returning to the tech giants.

I think the companies vastly overestimated the need for AI and what it would bring to them. But the over investment was due to the fear of becoming the next DEL, IBM, or Nokia.

I dontbthink the market decided anymore than we all decided to drive electric cars to prevent global warming. There was an outside force there.

You cannot make one concrete example of AI usefulness

I certainly can:

I have taken the time-stamped, chopped up mess of You Tube transcripts and formatted for display here on Free Republic. Those are nicely formatted with topical headings.

I write C for embedded controllers, but do not write SQL statements for databases. I took some C structures and some sample functions that printed that data, and had ChatGPT create C language functions and schemas for depositing that data into a MySQL database. It did, error handling and all. Its program worked very well.

I use it to hunt for information of all sorts. It scans the web and gives me very nicely formatted results from the search. This is much better than the collection of crap you get from a search.

Just try it. It is free. You will like it, wait and see.
