A grand jury, for a second time, declined to bring a new indictment against Letitia James, the New York attorney general who defeated President Donald Trump and his company in court, according to multiple sources.
The Justice Department presented its case against James to grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, Thursday — a week after a different grand jury in Norfolk declined to bring charges.
A spokesperson for James’ legal team declined to comment Thursday.
The quick move by the Justice Department to present a case against James again to a grand jury again shows the intensity of its efforts to prosecute the New York attorney general, a frequent Trump political target who was one of several enemies he has said on social media should face legal jeopardy.

I don’t know why they went after the weak cases like this one first. And it was weak, sorry.

The will only charge those with an (R) suffix.
Weak? It was clearly mortgage fraud. It was the same law she railroaded Trump. THAT was a weak case.
She swore it would be her residence to get better terms, then she moved dead head relatives in who raised hell with the neighbors.

They can't drag in the handler because he, and others just like him, have set up the same mortgage fraud for ALL OF THEM.

I fear our country is circling the drain. Phony corruption charges from the left, combined with no accountability for actual corruption and an oligarchy of leftist judges standing in the way of authentic justice and public safety. Add in the promotion and celebration of mental illness and child mutilation, and resistance to secure borders, all propagandized by the major media outlets. I don’t see any way of putting the toothpaste back in the tube, and internal armed conflict seems likely at some point. I hate feeling this way, but frankly a lot of conservative pundits who tout being “long on America” seem to be whistling past the graveyard.
The accomplishments under Trump are swimming against a strong current, and will swiftly be swept away once the Democrats return to power. I see no signs that there’s enough integrity and willpower in the GOP to prevent that from happening.

They should indict her in the state (municipality) where the bank that gave her the mortgage is located. They can do that. They have to find ways to bring these prosecutions into “red” areas or they will get nowhere.
