Is she going to overturn every case that relies on circumstantial evidence? The jury found that a reasonable inference from circumstantial evidence was that the defendant’s were guilty. The Judge can’t overrule a finding of fact.
Can’t the Feds charge at a minimum Mail Fraud and conspiracy to commit?
