If it’s about “ law”…where are the charges?
Where has Congress our empowered legislative branch brought charges against the NCA for unlawful or unconstitutional military orders or acts?
We’re waiting….
Obama set a very good precedent for Presidential authority when he and CIA Director Brennan personally planned and droned up to 5,000 “ terrorists” including Americans, in at least 3 different countries, and bragged about it.

I don’t recall any of those dead people ( including bystanders) receiving “ due process”, Senator Rand. Did you raise this issue under obama?

These democrats are in violation of 18 USC 2383.
Where are the arrests?
They impeached Trump the second time and arrested grandmothers strolling through the Capitol lobby on Jan 6, 2021, at the invitation of the Capitol Police, ostensibly for violating 18 USC 2383.
But demonrats get a free pass.

Slotkin was never in law enforcement, but she was a CIA intelligence analyst in Iraq. What we probably don’t hear about is how she wasn’t all that good at it until she failed up.
Military personel are not required to obey illegal orders. They know this, and don’t need shit-stirring politicians to tell them. A General Staff, purged of Obama acolytes, should be able to figure out what constitutes an Illegal order. Any low-level troop that wants to act on their own political beliefs can do so, but they have to weigh the consequences. Insubordination is no small matter.
They are worried about losing their illegal voters.
Is there some provision where they could re-activate some of the people?

Who gets to decide what constitutes an “illegal order”? If by that they mean the orders they don’t like, the there’s a big difference and since it seems to be democrats doing this... Well????
Coming from a guy who was a Navy captain is beyond the pale. It wouldn’t be unreasonable for the CinC to recall him to active duty and court martial him for sedition and incitement to mutiny. It’s what he deserves.
They know they are all safe from any of that retribution stuff.
Now, if they were Republicans, all bets are off!.......................
He’s more than a congress critter; he’s a former Navy O-6. I suspect he’d have been too cowardly to buck orders during his service time; some O-6’s spend a lot of time and energy eyeballing that first star, and politics becomes the rule.
Any current or former American military person who is a Democrat has a serious self hate complex. They must not remember the pure hatred the Democrats had for us during and after Vietnam until Desert Storm. They only concealed that hatred in more recent years becuse the military was so popular with the general population. (Retired Army Field Grade Officer)

what is an illegal order, will be determined at your general court marshal.
It was delivered by a 1LT whose fatigue trousers were so sharply ironed you could cut a steak with them. He went on and on about the fact that we weren't required to follow illegal orders...but he didn't give us a single example of an illegal order. Didn't even give us a hint. And he didn't mention a single word about My Lai.
There is a difference between illegal orders, improper orders, unwise orders and orders I don’t like.
Nobody in gov should make statements that do not make these distinctions.
