Tim was perfect as Steve Jobs’ yes man. Steve needed beta males around him. But beta males are not leaders and have no vision.
Who will they Clone this time ?
For the new Apple CEO, howz about a new iPod? With no phone, absolutely positively no AI. Just a great A/D, both digital and analog output, advanced Bluetooth, and Internet for streaming. Keep the phone crap out of it, please, and give us who want a music machine for music only. We already have the phones. Just give us a really good iPod.
I think they discontinued iPods...........
Carly Fiorina.....................
Do you know he’s from Baldwin County, Alabama? I used to work with his brother. Tim’s brother is very intelligent. He held very high paying, executive jobs with no college degree after a stint in the Air Force and working as a machinist. I suspect that intelligence runs in the family. They are almost exact opposites. Tim is a homosexual liberal. His brother is a conservative gun fanatic. He knows more about guns, ammo, ballistics, etc. than anybody I’ve ever known.
If I were a conspiracy theorist which I am not, I would say the Apple board which elects their CEO, want Tim Cook gone for his close relationship with Trump and for investing over half a trillion in the US which could have been much more profitably invested in some other country.
Been there many times on our motorcycles!...Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley, Bay Minette.....................
You would think that he had already groomed his successor.
Cook should get a lot of credit for not leaping onto the AI crazy train. He has spent only $3 billion on AI! Total. This compares with over $100 billion by Amazon, Meta, Alphabet and Microsoft. And AAPL stock has been rewarded with the best performance over the past several months. “Apple Intelligence” sucks, but he doesn’t care, and apparently neither do customers. People love the new iPhone 17, and he pays Google just $1 billion/yr to lease Gemini for Siri.
Other then outsourcing virtually everything to China and insourcing Chinese “engineers” into Apple, Timmy did a whole buncha nothing.
Since Steve croaked they had only Jony Ive and he left to do his own AI gig.
Slow slide into “this year’s iphone upgrade! get it now!”. And then oblivion...

RingOne 3.0 ..............................
Like 23 and Me, this data will remain a secret. Promise.
I want one!
You're wrong. Apple is at the forefront of innovation. They're going to make an iPhone with an orange case.
Orange!
This is a civilizational leap. Maybe the next, bold step in human evolution even!
