QAfter seeing the stupidness shown in the NYC mayoral election, I can see the possibility of AOC actually making some headway. Don’t want to see it, but nevertheless I do.

Now, that being said, JD Vance is AWESOME, and I believe he is going to beat her, but let’s remember how close that old hag Clinton came in 2016, and a senile old head of a crime family was POTUS for four years.
There is no doubt the entire Leftist coalition will vote Democrat if the DNC puts up an attractive female, brownish candidate - and AOC is just that.
Let’s face it - she’s attractive despite the memes showing her with giant teeth suggesting she looks like a braying donkey - she does not.
As for her message and her political skills; sure, her ideas sound like nonsense to us because Marxism is nonsense. But even if it’s Leftist nonsense to us, she does not do word salads, she does not lose her train of thought, she’s not the idiot she is portrayed as..
To me, she comes off as impassioned and articulate, though wrong about everything. But do you think a Democrat candidate being wrong about everything will stop the stupid 50% from voting for her? I don’t.

We should not analyze the future in past political terms.
We must take into account the DOGE efforts and results. The critical factors are money and voters.
Fantastically and unimaginable quantities of money have been taken from the Progressive machine. The MAGA effort has permeated the Afro Heritage citizenry diluting the lock step voting practices. The assault on illegal immigrants is diminishing the numbers. That is going to continue until election day in November 2028.
As the primary factor, the loss of money to fund innumerable and unknown electioneering practices is a perhaps knockout blow. The whole of progressive strength is nourished by unimaginable amounts of stolen taxpayer money that is now gone.
The City States are all suffering from self wrought problems that can’t be resolved without tons of money. That money is gone.
You’re right there - JD will destroy her in the debates - but I worry that unless the Democrat does as poorly as Biden or Kamala, the fake news can repackage it as a win the next day. I don’t think she’s anywhere near as bad as those two.
Whenever I watch clips of Obama debating, I’m struck by how lacking in substance his words are, how fake he sounds - a different accent for each audience - what a complete fraud. I always thought he lost those debates, Yet, the fake news was able to sell him as some kind of messiah the next day.
I really think JD will be elected, especially if President Trump continues his success… a great candidate, a great record - not a problem , who ever they put up against him.
But AOC is being underestimated, and that’s never wise.

I like your optimism and you make a very good point regarding the money.
However, they still have their brainwashing apparatus mostly in place. The NYT and ABCNNBCBS is still considered “the news” by the Democrat voters. They still watch the Leftist late night shows. They simply do not hear our side because they never watch alternative news outlets.
I get into conversations with these brainwashed Democrats all the time - they think Trump is a disgusting rapist and that anyone who votes for him is either a loony conspiracy nut or a white supremacist.
They never hear anything from their trusted sources (ABCNNBCBS) that would cause them to doubt what they’ve been told.
No matter how thoroughly debunked something is - they still believe it 10 years later. They still believe Kavanaugh was a gang rapist. They still think J6ers were insurrectionists. They think Trump stole 2016 and 2024, but that we are crazy election deniers for saying they stole 2020!
They actually believe the economy and national security were great under Obama and Biden - and horrible under Trump!
They still believe all this stuff they base their Trump-hate and Republican-hate on - nothing has been sorted - the brainwashing is still in full effect.
You are right that their funding has taken a big hit - but the brainwashing apparatus is still fully functioning.

Good post—I have relatives who are older leftists.
They are not going to change.
The young voters are the ones in play.
The entire Progressive machine must be destroyed. The Trump administration has made a great start that far exceeds anything I thought possible.
There are a tad more than three years left to complete the obliteration task. I have come to believe that there is a very long and prioritised list of subtasks to be accomplished one at a time in order of the priority.
Some of the tasks are simultaneously ongoing because the scope is quite large. There is opposition that is mandatorily required to go to SCOTUS for final implementation.
At some point, there must be multiple assaults on lots and lots of people. Hillary will be a defenseless target. All of the Obama people will be indicted and arrested. Obama and Biden will be delt with some how but I lack the capability to determine how Presidential immunity will play out. Self exile may be the best course for Obama and Biden.
Currently, the Civil War II is in progress within the sanctuary cities. So far President Trump has won most all of his cases with SCOTUS. Eventually perhaps very soon, the rogue judges must be arrested on charges of conspiracy. The conspiricy starts with the money and the sources and methods are known. The judges are down the chain from the start of the money flow. There is no doubt what so ever that the conspiracy exists. That action will be the lifting of the flood gates that allows all sorts of things to happen
The Civil War is in process and can not be denied. The City States have abrogated Federal law, and have in effect resigned from the Republic. They must be delt with in a very harsh manner. All the leaders must be destroyed. How that will happen I do not know, but President Trump et al do and have it on their list.
We are living in the most defining year in American History.

In my experience, it is not the truly guilty who are punished for treason and insurrection, but rather those who have been deemed guilty by the Leftist powers-to-be who control the flow of information. They get to decide what’s a scandal and what’s “the crime of the century”.
This conspiracy we are living through is infinitely worse than Watergate - but wake me up when the trials and hearings against Obama’s minions capture the public’s attention the way Watergate did. Wake me up when this conspiracy gets immortalized in a blockbuster movie AKA All The President’s Men, with the whistleblowers cast as superheroes - played by the likes of Robert Redford and Dustin Hoffman.
You know that will never happen - because the Left owns Hollywood and the fake news media - and this is a conspiracy of the Left. Without their say so there is no scandal - there is no wave of public outrage for the politicians to ride - and the whole thing fizzles.
