A 9th circuit court of appeals ruled that the USDA acted unlawfully by exempting seed oils from mandatory "bioengineered" labeling requirements.
The loophole used to exempt the majority of ultra-processed food has now been closed and USDA is required to devise a plan to fix this.

There are at least two types of men that may have gained through fraud, but lost in the larger scheme of things.

I believe we just caught the end of many years of hard work and sacrifice. I don't know when it began, but it wasn't in 2016.
When I hear of a police action in which there were mass arrests, the time spent preparing for it was 7 months to more than a year (on average). To trace global lines of influence and undermine them, and then put in place the means to end them must take years. We glimpsed the tail end of a continent-sized iceberg in Trump's first term.
I have wondered if perhaps Reagan was the first Trump (more about that in a moment). When Kennedy was shot, the White Hats had solid proof our government was weaponized by enemies.
White Hats knew they were in an information war like no other as early as the 1975 Church Committee. For example, the CIA refused to state before Congress whether it had CIA operatives embedded in the news organizations. Q had us look through sets of documents which portrayed a familiar scenario - with concerned members of Congress trying to rein in an out of control US intel community, and with intel 'declining' to answer their questions (no oversight permitted). Said another way, if the 1975 Church Committee had been successful, we wouldn't have had the monstrous MOCKINGBIRD PRESS creating the false reality in which we've lived, ever since.
Wikipedia and other compromised sources frame the Church Committe as having been an important success in terms of reforms. This is false. I followed some Q content to view George Bush Sr.'s handwritten signature on a CIA memo (George H. W. Bush served as the head of the CIA from January 30, 1976, to January 20, 1977). Congress had written a formal request for information from the CIA regarding any agents in the media at that time. The person handling the request wrote a reply as if he was eager to supply the requested documents. Bush Sr. reversed that decision with a hand written note - no documents were to be shared with Congress, and he included his signature. So, the White Hats knew our intel agencies were captured in 1976.
The CIA said 'no' and the Mockingbird Press says to this day that the CHurch Committees hearings were successful. White Hats had to have been awake and on the move back then or the Church Committee never would have seen the light of day, much less would the hearings have been broadcast to the public.
So, when did the White Hats find out and start to respond to the capture of our intel agencies?
When did JFK find out? I don't know the answer but he was aware of the capture of our intel agencies John F. Kennedy was shot on November 22, 1963, not long after he told the public he was going to shatter the CIA into a million pieces.
Before JFK, someone in the media helped 'shape' public opinion to endorse or tolerate Operation Paperclip.
I look back and I don't have enough information to say when the White Hats first perceived the threat, or when they formalized their response, but they likely had decades of recon to help them figure this out. In these senseless wars, our warriors and other allies must have been coming across traces of this information (or mass graves etc.), and along side it, the MSM began building Operation Mockingbird to tell us that was all just some crazy 'conspiracy theory.'
Currently, it's not rare for me to hear the cries/complaints that Trump's cabinet picks are too photogenic and therefore not qualified. These two observations are unrelated - a photogenic person can be qualified. Trump's cabinet picks are qualified, but several who interact with the public the most are indeed photogenic at a level which only a small portion of our public possess. And these people happen to have unusual qualifications for former media personalities - the percentage of the population with these two traits is smaller still.

I think your question implies a time frame? Who had the power to manufacture 'the Storm' which took down trafficking lanes across the world? That is too small a segment of the overal time it took to create The Plan. It had to be many people, many years, many different disciplines - a coalition of the willing assembling to fight Satan. Our military had intel, likely from around the world, observations of refugees/harm selling/slavery etc. They didn't want their families sold for adrenochrome, food, etc. Those willing to fight the Cabal also had their own 'vast forces' to array against them - but they sequestered knowledge of the entire plan among 'less than 10.'
I doubt I can find traces of resistance in the past as it was hidden because lives depended on secrecy, but in the modern era of this great big giant plan to save the world, I've wondered what happened to Obama's army which he said could be equal to the size of the standing military. The White Hats would 'deal with that' but I wonder if they made use of any of that. If it's legal to have such a force, maybe they used that as one tool in a universe of many.

I think the survival of the nation IS the lane to which our military belongs. They love that lane as much as they love our country. They are the ones who face life threatening circumstances and ask/demand, "Pick me! I'll go!"
I think we saw the end result of an operation unprecedented in size and complexity. It's possible the 'less than 10' during Trump's first term were a tiny fraction of an implementation team. The less than 10 had to know the battle plans but they had many reporting them chosen to carry out orders.
We must have allies - other nations and their patriots who don't want to be slaves - so count them in. We were never supposed to see the White Hat war machine.
