Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Voltage is an issue, and was most likely a major factor in the power outage. Once those two large lines tripped (and I’m assuming that they connect the area to some more reliable sources like actual generating plants in the distance), that part of Wyoming has a LOT of windmills. But windmills are both intermittent and a very poor tool for regulating both voltage and watt output. They probably played a role also.
My mental scenario, and this is pure speculation -
2 main arteries tripped, tying central/eastern Wyoming to a more substantial part of the grid with strong, rotating mass generators
The resultant area was poorly connected through smaller, lower capacity and more remote lines, causing voltage to drop in the area.
The windmills in the area were not able to respond to the low voltage, and/or possibly had insufficient capacity to supply the customer load in the area.
Remaining tie lines were overloaded and tripped, leaving an island supplied by wind, which cannot respond to load fluctuations nor voltage fluctuations. Plus, the amount of generation available from the wind was probably inadequate. (there is the chance that there was too much wind generation, but with the 2 major paths out of service, results were overloading other lines pushing power OUT of the area - I’m not familiar with the system in that region).
Once enough tie lines tripped, it was “lights out” for the region.
Building back is a slow and deliberate process because you have to energize, and pick up very small segments of customer load.
I have no idea what other generating assets are/were within the blacked out area but it will take hours to bring any major coal generating plants on line. Nukes, couple of days. Natural gas, depends on the type, could be less than an hour, or several hours.
You’re probably in the part of the city that is supplied from the eastern interconnection - I would guess that West River Electric Coop is in the eastern interconnection, whereas Black Hills Energy is western.
The intertie between the east and west, I’ve read up on it, has a capacity of 200 megawatts in either direction. So it could be used as a source, but only for a portion of the area customer load.
And with that, I need some lunch. Then out to the garage to exercise.
