US entrepreneur and former Dogecoin adviser James Fishback has called for a complete halt on hiring skilled workers from India and other countries, saying American companies should focus on local talent instead.
Fishback, who leads the investment firm Azoria and has previously worked with Elon Musk, said in a post on X that major technology companies are giving jobs to people from India and China while qualified Americans struggle to find opportunities.
US companies “not looking for Americans”
“Here’s the ugly truth: they’re not even looking for Americans. They refuse to interview them. They hide job postings in obscure newspapers to ‘check the box’, and when no one ‘applies’, they import another foreign worker,” said Fishback. He said this denies “qualified American[s] a job, a wage, and the dignity and purpose that come with both.”
Fishback said there are enough skilled workers in the United States, but companies overlook them in favour of cheaper overseas hires through the H-1B visa route.
Calls for a halt to legal immigration
Fishback said even legal skilled immigration was unnecessary.
“I support a complete immigration moratorium. Because what makes America special isn’t who we import, it’s who we already have,” said Fishback. He said millions of US citizens remain “underemployed, underpaid, or overlooked”.
Foreign workers told to build in their own countries
Fishback urged people in India, China and other countries to stay home and contribute to their own economies.
“To those abroad who love freedom and dream of coming here: I don’t blame you. You want what we have. But your countries need you,” said Fishback. “Stay there. Build something worthy there. Make your nation strong, as we make ours great again.”

We’re letting them get away with, and with a program that was created under false pretenses and which has been allowed to continue long after the grift has been exposed.
If we’re being honest, the H-1B visa is working exactly as it was intended: to depress the wages and reduce the bargaining power of American tech workers, and replace them with a more pliable and cheaper group of foreigners.
If I was living in India I’d probably try the same thing — move just about anywhere else.
The H-1B visa can’t be “fixed”. It has to be ended, and the sooner the better. And everyone currently on one should be shown the door.
Some might argue that “well, they’ll just take the jobs with them and just work remotely”. Even if that’s true, I’d take that deal any day of the week, because they won’t be crowding our schools, driving up the cost of housing, or inflicting their discriminatory hiring practices on the rest of us.
You need to be openly racist against them. We must show them how much we hate them.

The younger generation can't even get those jobs, and seats at colleges are being taken by usurpers, so Americans can't even get the education for those jobs. Whoever those "small business people" are, are idiots that don't care about the problems Americans face.
That's absolutely true. Someone can be holding whatever department at a company together, management or a new manager can suddenly become hostile towards that person, threaten that they can replace the person, they're expendable, blah blah blah, then when the person hands in their resignation, whoever the manager is suddenly has that shocked Pikachu face, and all of a sudden they're trying to keep that person on board.
All we are to corporations are worker ants. They go on about "we're a family," but will get rid of you without a second thought.
I hate pajeets with a burning passion that can only be extinguished by 100% deportation, and never again allowing into this country. Their families must also be deported. I will support nothing less than total and complete removal.
