The Donald Trump administration said on Thursday it will fight all lawsuits filed against H-1B visa policy, saying that the move is intended to protect American workers and restore integrity to the system.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed that the administration stands firm on its newly implemented measures, including the contentious $100,000 fee imposed on new H-1B visa applications. The announcement comes after the US Chamber of Commerce filed a lawsuit challenging the legality of the fee hike.
"The administration will fight these lawsuits in court. The president’s main priority has always been to put American workers first and to strengthen our visa system," Leavitt told reporters. "For far too long, the H-1B visa system has been spammed with fraud, and that’s driven down American wages. So the president wants to refine this system, which is part of the reason he implemented these new policies. These actions are lawful, they are necessary, and we'll continue to fight this battle in court."

US Chamber of Commerce is now the Global chamber of commerce. Sounds like another corrupt entity that should be gutted. End the H-1B scam. Give America back to Americans.

Several options.
1) Bring in H1b for 1/2 the staff and citizens for 1/2.
2) Offshore with 100% non-citizens. 0% Citizens.
3) 100% citizens.
4) Like #1 but 90-10.....or 10-90.
5) AI and be damned those humans.

Few have offshore on their radar. Example: Many pages were written about GA 2020 elections. Other than me, who else mentioned offshore?
Be careful what you wish for.

I wish for no Indians in my country, nothing else matters.
I know of companies who are pushing for 70% Offshore.
