There are 750,000+ H1B visa holders. Trump & Ludnick's EO does NOTHING to reduce this #. The EO contains many 'exceptions' that do NOTHING to stop foreigners from stealing U.S. jobs via H1B.

American Universities were at the top in the global rankings long before they ever started taking any significant number of Indian students.
