Police announced on Monday, Sept. 15, that a woman from Buffalo, New York was arrested and charged after allegedly using pepper spray on another customer last month at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Cheektowaga, NY.
According to WVIB 4, Jnaya Johnson, 23, was charged with third-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawfully possessing a noxious material.
Although Johnson intended to target another adult woman with the chemical spray, a 3-month-old baby was accidentally exposed to the spray and had to be taken to the hospital for difficulty breathing. Several other customers were also affected.
The incident occurred on Aug. 25 before 9 p.m., according to police reports. An argument had broken out between someone in Johnson’s party and another woman in the restaurant.
As Johnson’s friend was verbally disputing with the other woman at the front of the restaurant, Johnson got out of her seat, walked over to them, and allegedly sprayed the pepper spray directly into the face of the other woman without warning.
Both the woman who was sprayed and the nearby 3-month-old baby were transported to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. It’s unclear if the woman sprayed and the young baby knew each other.
Johnson was booked on all charges and released with an appearance ticket, in accordance with New York State law.

Black crime makes racial problems worse. Writing about it increases awareness so people can take steps to protect themselves and avoid dangerous situations.

I don't hear that voice here on Free Republic. There are decent,smart black people. We know them and feel sorry that they have to deal with the young violent ones. They have to suffer the loss of their children and grandchildren.
I do hear the voices of more experience people here on FR warning us how dangerous life can be in the big city and now the smaller ones.

No, you don’t hear that at all. In the first place, it’s not needed. There is no poster on FreeRepublic who doesn’t know not to hang out in the ghetto or to stay away from thugs.
What you hear is “It’s them again,” and “it’s always them.”
