Jimmy Kimmel's sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez was seen dodging questions as he and other staff fled the studio after ABC 'indefinitely' suspended the late night talk show on Wednesday.
The veteran host's Jimmy Kimmel Live! will be removed from the network for the foreseeable future, over his divisive comments regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

What’s really sad is that it’s too late for the piggies in Hollyweird to give him and “Emmy”. They gave their last one to Hanna Hindender.
Dang right!
Dear Pine Baron, should I have felt bad for all the Nazi prison guards put out of work when the Third Reich fell?
(I Couldn’t resist the Nazi reference.)
They hooked their wagon to Kimmel. I have sympathy for those who were collateral damage in Kimmel’s firing and no sympathy at all for those who bought into Kimmel’s rhetoric.
The best thing CBS could do is bring back Craig Ferguson. The guy is hilarious and he never got anywhere near politics.

Adam Corolla and Kimmel aren’t particularly close anymore -,that was a pretty good show though
Carolla has moved firmly to the right, in a kind of small “L” libertarian way. In other words, he grew up.

What happened to Craig Ferguson? I loved that guy. So down to earth funny and no politics. Seemed like a really nice guy.
They replaced him with that schmuck James Corden.

‘Free speech’ is a right protected against government interference. There is no virtue in private citizens having to suffer through false defamatory and incendiary lies from other private citizens.
ABC's decision to pull the show came shortly after its affiliate group, Nexstar, also announced it would stop airing it effective immediately.
(Nexstar,) The largest station group in the country has a major merger proposal before the Trump administration - its proposed acquisition of Tegna - which must be approved by Carr.
If the merger were to go through, Nexstar would have 265 stations in 44 states and the District of Columbia, representing 80 percent of US television households, according to Deadline.
ABC was just waiting for a reason to cancel the turd and Kimmel gleefully gave it to them. I wonder if anyone captured pictures of him crying on his way out?
Going Howard Beale and turning it up to 11 would make you feel better Jimmy.

I once worked for a company that I found was ripping off the customers. I voluntarily became unemployed.
I once worked for a small company where both owners were embezzling from each other. I voluntarily became unemployed.
It’s called having standards.
The crew for this idiot knew what he was and yet didn’t have the guts (in a transient industry where moving jobs is very common) to move on. My sympathy meter is at the same point it is for those fired for their Charlie Kirk vitriol. Zero.
Disney execs no doubt considered this. They only have to pay him for 8 more months.
His evil wife is the CHIEF writer - and producer - of that show. Can you imagine how miserable their home life must be?
Excellent post.
Twice in my career I refused to cooperate with a bad actor boss—and it cost me my job.
You have to be able to look at yourself in the mirror without flinching.
Lol! The firings make my day! No, my week!
I hope every employee working Kimmel’s propaganda show get fired and blame Jimmy himself, realizing what a low life liar he is, which got them fired. From the head propagandists writing the material to the janitor, to the caterers and make up people, all unemployed.
They didn’t want another billion dollar lawsuit from Charlie Kirk’s wife.
