Metformin: Decelerates Biomarkers Of Aging Clocks
Also this:
Ozempic Users Aged Backwards By More Than 3 Years In New Trial
(I used to make post every day. This is my first in a few years.)
Yeah you did. Welcome back!
I felt so triumphant when I learned that they had a name: aglets!
Lol.
Still got dogs all around?
What do you think or read is the optimal dose for vitamin d. Everything I see is all over the map on this.
Likely Metformin decelerates aging by keeping blood sugar low and steady.
If this is the case then likely berberine will do the same thing.
Nope. They all died of old age.
I'm 82 now and decided that it may not be fair to the dog by getting a new puppy. (Albeit, I still go to the same park for my morning walks that I have been doing for 21 years now.)
So Vitamin D + Metformin + Ozempic = “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”
These articles never seem to give the form of Vitamin D used. I assume it was D3.
I've been taking 10,000 IU (with K2) for couple decades now.
The only thing wrong with my health is that I have type 2 diabetes. I'm taking Metformin and Mounjaro for that.
Yes, Vitamin D3. I buy mine at Costco.
You didn’t ask me, but I aim for 60+.
I think the “normal” range goes way too low; I read the Dr Mercola site where he addresses this topic occasionally.
Good for you!
I’m 8 years younger than you. I hike a lot with hill climbs, 3-4 times a week. We were in Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England for three weeks (just got back a week ago) and covered 50 miles there with lots of hill work.
Did “Mineral Ridge” in Coeur d’Alene, ID today - 2.5 miles and 600 feet elevation gain. I was pushing myself going up the hill today. I fast walked / jogged coming down.
So far I feel great on these hikes and my strength, stamina, balance and stability are good, but I wonder how many more years before I have to reduce or curtail these.
Aglets. That’s what eyelets are for. You thread the aglet through the eyelet.
Sunlight not enough???
Thx - got to check with the boss.
depends on where you live, time of year, persons age, etc
Don’t forget to take K2 with your D3.
