HOW DID HE GET ON THE ROOF?
I should have added, they are setting this up for a guilty plea, no real trial, case closed.

People are assuming that ‘breaking down’ a rifle consists of removing the barrel from the receiver which can be difficult.
But ‘breaking down’ a rifle can also consist of removing the wooden stock from the receiver/barrel which usually only required removing a few screws.

Thanks - I can usually pick up on that without the tag but I certainly missed that one. All is well - have a great FReeping day!
He went up stairs to the roof access. Those first pics of him were on the way up.
You forget he has a phone, most likely a smart phone and browse the web for news.
why didn’t you get on the roof tops in preparation to stop situations like these?...
I smelled a rat as soon as the mug shot came out. He’s not the same guy in the stairwell. The text messages between Robinson and his fury freak boyfriend could not sound more contrived and scripted.
Then when did he take apart the rifle.? To me, it didn’t look like he had it with him.
According to the text messages he sent to his furry homo lover, he had to ditch the rifle to get away. He really wanted to get away with the rifle and leave nothing behind. But then things got too hot and he had to abandon it.
He claimed it was supposed to be a secret he would only reveal on his death bed. Also, the rifle was important to his dad, and he had been wanting it back... it belonged to the killer’s grandpa.
I think he really wanted to get away with the whole thing. If he hadn’t have hidden the rifle for later, he may have. The FBI seems to have had slim pickings to catch him.
“The photo of the guy in the stairs doesn’t look like Robinson to me”
It did to his father, I’ll go with his dad on this one.
Yep, that’s what his dad said alright.
Apparently there was a screwdriver with his dna on it. I saw a post that said 2 screws takes off part of that gun. I don’t remember which part. The pic of the gun as evidence in the evidence box shows it assembled. So I don’t know.
Everything I’ve read, including a statement from law enforcement says it was Mauser 98. The 98 is still made. I just heard on TV news that shooter wanted to get the role back to “grandpa.” The M18 was introduced in 2018.
Where’s the rifle, in your pic?
CAMERAS SHOW HIM CLIMBING STAIRS
Definitely worth considering, iontheball. Thanks.
Wondering what the apps on his phone were, who was in his contact list, where had he gone prior to the deed, etc., etc.
