Trump envoy warns America could 'kick Russia's a*s' on the battlefield

Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine said the United States would 'kick Russia's a*s' on the battlefield in the event of all-out war.

Keith Kellogg, the U.S Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, and a retired lieutenant general, suggested Vladimir Putin's rhetoric was overblown during a meeting in Kyiv.

'We had a discussion recently in the Oval [Office] where... they were talking about the primacy of the Russian military and how they were pretty good,' he told British historian Niall Ferguson. 'And I said to the people in the room: "We'd kick their a*s."

'I mean by that, don't take their statements at face value. They're not as good as Putin says they are,' he said, adding: 'And [for] that I give great credit to the Ukrainian military because they've taken them down a couple of notches.

Kellogg said he didn't think 'anybody should be afraid of the Russian military'.

The diplomat said there were three lines of attack in dealing with Russia to bring about an end to the war: diplomatic, military and economic.

'The first is obviously diplomatic and I think we've closed that door to a degree,' he said in a difficult admission after Trump's historic summit with Putin in Alaska in August.

'The military lane is another one and I think the Ukrainians have shown that they can battle them to a standstill. They can put a hold on ... The rest is economic.

'You've got to apply absolute economic pressures. And this means you've got to put some risk into the game. ... We talked about sovereign Russian assets. You're going to have to make a hard call. That's really oligarchs' money. Take their money.

'And when you talk about the oil, shut down their revenue. It's a petrostate.

Talk like that is not helpful. I voted for Trump because I believed he desired to and would keep the U.S. out of this conflict and others.

Yes, this is nothing but a sneaky way to get the Russians to clean up blue cities for us.

This irresponsible and dangerous bravado given the potential for WW III and nuclear war.

But, it's not surprising a numbskull like you would relish in it.

We all know your fantasy is to drag us into a war with Russia.

But once Russia takes out the handful of super expensive Pentagon wonder toys and the US uses up its small stock of arty shells in the first few days, the hoards of cheap Russian weapons would win the day.

We absolutely would destroy them. Even with the Biden/Obama attrition we have suffered. We have THE BEST warriors, infrastructure, and logistics on the planet.

“”””But then there is those pesky nukes mounted on intercontinental missiles.”””””

After 80 years of nuclear weapons, some of you since 2022 have suddenly adopted a “resistance is futile” claim for anyone resisting invasions from Russia, your reasoning would apply to all nuclear powers, North Korea, China, ‘if they invade someone then the world can only watch, because if not, they will launch WWIII against America and destroy everyone, including themselves’.

Nuclear war and mutual nuclear suicide are to protect the homeland, it is not to commit mutual nuclear suicide because an attempt to conquer other countries isn’t working out, you lose the invasion, you do not erase yourself in a nuclear holocaust, invasions fail, foreign wars fail, foreign military operations fail, you don’t forever end your own nation and kill all your own population over it.

Attrition is real. We don’t have the bullets. It all comes down to logistics.

Russia, if losing badly enough, would go nuclear. Nobody wins.

Why would Russia go nuclear if a foreign invasion isn’t working out for them?

You think that is their new suicide vow after 80 years, that either all the foreign military operations they launch succeed or else they end themselves forever in a nuclear holocaust?

I am fully confident that if it gets that way, we have the infrastructure and resources to make it happen.

Kellogg is a neocon and can’t be trusted. They wast the US involved.

They know it would ruin Trump’s Presidency because it would be a total disaster of monumental proportions. People here do not want to pay for, or die for Ukraine

They keep Trump occupied with a disaster of a war and start their own violence in the US.

Just a nightmare scenario.

The globalists win.
