Number of New Chapter Requests for TPUSA Explodes—'This Will Birth an Army of Charlie Kirks'

RedState reported Saturday that Turning Point USA had seen an unbelievable 18,000 new requests for chapters following the heinous assassination of TPUSA co-founder and CEO Charlie Kirk on Wednesday.

But if you think that’s the end of the story, no—it's just the beginning. That already humongous number has now soared to over 32,000 as of this writing.

Thirty-two thousand.

Turning Point USA has seen a massive surge in inquiries for new college chapters as the organization works to advance Charlie Kirk's vision following his assassination last week.

Andrew Kolvet, executive producer of The Charlie Kirk Show, said Sunday that in the past 48 hours, Turning Point USA (TPUSA) has received more than 32,000 inquiries from people wanting to start new campus chapters.

"To put that in perspective, TPUSA currently has 900 official college chapters and around 1,200 high school chapters, with a presence of 3,500 total," Kolvet, who is also a TPUSA spokesman, wrote on X.

This is such good news. When the Tea Party formed, people were intimidated by Government officials. Now, another positive organization is going to grow and this time, the good guys are in charge.

I attended Tea Party meetings but that was for an all-age group of people. Can older people join a TPUSA group or is it just for younger folks, high school and college?

A lot of that answer will depend on how quickly the applications can be processed, if the left hasn’t flooded Turning Point with fake applications to drown out the real ones.

If you know of a meeting being held there is no harm in at least attending. You can read the room and decide if it is something you want to donate more of your time and resources to. Just the fact that you are older is something that younger people should appreciate because you will have perspectives they don't have.

This assassination may have sparked a movement so profound we have yet to fully understand it.
